GBFirst and foremost the chat link is not…Equipment and Customer service First and foremost the chat link is not the best option to reach a representative. The ordering process was simple although I filled out the online form to get someone to contact me to make sure what I was ordering was the best equipment. No one ever contacted me. I later just ordered the equipment myself although I never received an estimated delivery date when I will receive my equipment. The process was stressful and confusing because I couldn't reach no one and you definitely can't get anyone by phone Your company should have representatives to make sure customers are comfortable and receive what is being ordered.

GBHello. CPU and monitor are fair. Hello. My cpu works fine but I do hear a faint knocking sound. One monitor is brighter than the other. I haven’t been using the cpu on a regular basis but I will next week.
