The only reason for not giving it 5… The only reason for not giving it 5 stars so far is because I have only had it less than 24 hours! It did not come with set up instructions. However, I am very familiar with computers, so I did not need any help. First turning on the screen the power button acted like it did not want to work. After a few times pushing it on, it then proceeded to work just fine. As I was working last night the tower fan was very loud but I nudged it with my foot and it did stop after about 20 minutes. So far I am really pleased with the look and the performance of the computer I have purchased. The guys at WAHEP worked very efficiently to have my computer shipped out in a VERY timely manner! So way to go guys! So far its amazing and I hope that it does continue to work fine!

I ordered my computer back in March I ordered my computer back in March. I just recently applied for a part time. Thus far everything works fine & I'm able to use my computer to the efficiency of what I need it for. I'm very pleased.

Terrible timing order status Terrible timing, nobody to contact or talk to about the status or the package bundle deals. Why does it take so long they told me 5 days delivery and I still have not received my order from 4/28 when I ordered. You need to restructure your customer service hours and response time!
