USFirst and foremost the chat link is not…Equipment and Customer service First and foremost the chat link is not the best option to reach a representative. The ordering process was simple although I filled out the online form to get someone to contact me to make sure what I was ordering was the best equipment. No one ever contacted me. I later just ordered the equipment myself although I never received an estimated delivery date when I will receive my equipment. The process was stressful and confusing because I couldn't reach no one and you definitely can't get anyone by phone Your company should have representatives to make sure customers are comfortable and receive what is being ordered.

USOrder an item and put in old address Order an item and put in old address, I then changed the address on a page that supposed to default at check out. That actually said it did,but didn't. Needless to say it went still went to the old address. Customer service said we will take care of it and get your order to you....nothing was ever done to get the item to me or a refund

USThe cup works and it meet requirements The cpu works and it meet requirements, but it had paint marks and scratches, and it was missing a part the dvi to vga converter.

USI haven't started my course yet for… I haven't started my course yet for Arise, but I am enjoying my equipment. I haven't had any problems with it and it is well worth it. It didn't take long to get here Thank you again.
