GBI am rating 3 stars for average due to… I am rating 3 stars for average due to there was no way to track the package and there was no estimation given on when the package would be shipped or received, for example.... package should arrived within 5-7 days. The ordered was placed on Tuesday and received on the following Monday which was not bad. The package wasn't securely sealed. The tape was not completely adhered to the box. I would like to see a tracking process put into place, that would be great. Thank you!

GBWAHEP My experience with WAHEP has been a good experience. I received my PC sooner than I thought. Currently, I cannot get the system to boot up properly, I don't think it is WAHEP's problem, I think it is something I did not do or something I have done. I think WAHEP should include instructions on the setup of the PC. I was not aware there was a DVD in the drive. The experience was good. I will probably need to take this system in to see what was it I did not or did do.

GBThe only reason for not giving it 5… The only reason for not giving it 5 stars so far is because I have only had it less than 24 hours! It did not come with set up instructions. However, I am very familiar with computers, so I did not need any help. First turning on the screen the power button acted like it did not want to work. After a few times pushing it on, it then proceeded to work just fine. As I was working last night the tower fan was very loud but I nudged it with my foot and it did stop after about 20 minutes. So far I am really pleased with the look and the performance of the computer I have purchased. The guys at WAHEP worked very efficiently to have my computer shipped out in a VERY timely manner! So way to go guys! So far its amazing and I hope that it does continue to work fine!

GBI have reached out to this company… I have reached out to this company numerous times through the link provided on the website I have yet to receive an email or call or any kind of response at all. I asked to have my order canceled due to this inconvenience and lack of communication like there's literally no phone number to call meanwhile consumers are spending hundreds of dollars. I'll never shop here again and I will definitely be contacting Clark Howell of our local news in Atlanta Ga to help make sure no one else is scammed.
