GBRipped off customer by misguiding Hi when I bought cable charger they told me it has lifetime warranty and when I contacted native union to replace my charger they said it doesn’t have a lifetime warranty you MISGUIDED your customer not happy at all.

NOI experienced a problem with a charger… I experienced a problem with a charger with adaptor, for Android and iphone. It was frustrating at first, because the adapter part kept falling out. I am assured that this won't happen again, because I received a new one, due to the defect, and it works perfectly. This company is legitimate, they took strong initiative when I aired my frustration, and the delivery was quick. THANK YOU Native Union!

GBSwiftly dispatched Swiftly dispatched, with very good tracking. The water bottle was coming from China so it did take a few days but it arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

GBno help with lost/delayed order My order to the UK has obviously been lost/held somewhere in transit - the Evri tracking has been stuck on 'in transit' with no updates for 10 days now. I have sent Native Union several emails chasing my order but get (very delayed) responses fobbing me off with 'your order is in transit and you will have it soon!' even thought Evri themselvs have told me to contact the sender. I've asked for a refund but no response. Terrible. Avoid.

GBNU Charger Cables are the best! Native Union is the best for Apple charge cables. Our family favourite is the extended extra long 10 ft cable. They have loads of colours to choose from so that each family member can identify their own personal cord. Native Union has an excellent warranty on their products and stands behind each of them 💯 percent. We buy all of our charge cables here. And if we have any issues, customer service zen team is always ready to respond and support.
