GBRipped off customer by misguiding Hi when I bought cable charger they told me it has lifetime warranty and when I contacted native union to replace my charger they said it doesn’t have a lifetime warranty you MISGUIDED your customer not happy at all.

CAGood experience Personally I don’t like to write a review, but I will continue to buy cables from this brand, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that if the mobile phone cable breaks, it can be replaced for free! This after-sales service is something no one else has.

GBMeh! Portraying itself as a high end luxury phone case - it's not. Build quality is OK. The most obvious fail is the fact that the cut-outs for the speakers at the bottom don't align with the speakers on the phone. The logo is not embossed, just painted on and looks a bit cheap. I expect will wear off too. The material is not leather-like, they call it plant-based leather, but it just feels like plastic. Perhaps it will soften up with use. The texture is nice and grippy and that's a big plus. The case fits well and feels like it will protect your phone.

GBDo not buy direct, go to a third party seller. Purchased a (Re)Classic iphone case direct instead of from a third party (to benefit the manufacturer). Case arrived and colour was very different to that on advertised pictures. Eventually managed to get them to accept a return but this was to HK and at my cost. If you want to buy a Native Union product then go to a third party so you don’t have to go through the same. Would not recommend as a seller.
