I had an issue with a 10 foot… I had an issue with a 10 foot re-charging cord that I purchased from Native Union and they listened to my concerns and handled it as well as any company I have dealt with-very professional and timely. I would recommend their products and their company when purchasing items like this as they stand behind their product with exemplary customer service. Very refreshing as a customer. Do not buy direct, go to a third party seller. Purchased a (Re)Classic iphone case direct instead of from a third party (to benefit the manufacturer). Case arrived and colour was very different to that on advertised pictures. Eventually managed to get them to accept a return but this was to HK and at my cost. If you want to buy a Native Union product then go to a third party so you don’t have to go through the same. Would not recommend as a seller.

Good experience Personally I don’t like to write a review, but I will continue to buy cables from this brand, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that if the mobile phone cable breaks, it can be replaced for free! This after-sales service is something no one else has.

no help with lost/delayed order My order to the UK has obviously been lost/held somewhere in transit - the Evri tracking has been stuck on 'in transit' with no updates for 10 days now. I have sent Native Union several emails chasing my order but get (very delayed) responses fobbing me off with 'your order is in transit and you will have it soon!' even thought Evri themselvs have told me to contact the sender. I've asked for a refund but no response. Terrible. Avoid.

Meh! Portraying itself as a high end luxury phone case - it's not. Build quality is OK. The most obvious fail is the fact that the cut-outs for the speakers at the bottom don't align with the speakers on the phone. The logo is not embossed, just painted on and looks a bit cheap. I expect will wear off too. The material is not leather-like, they call it plant-based leather, but it just feels like plastic. Perhaps it will soften up with use. The texture is nice and grippy and that's a big plus. The case fits well and feels like it will protect your phone.
