Do not buy direct, go to a third party seller. Purchased a (Re)Classic iphone case direct instead of from a third party (to benefit the manufacturer). Case arrived and colour was very different to that on advertised pictures. Eventually managed to get them to accept a return but this was to HK and at my cost. If you want to buy a Native Union product then go to a third party so you don’t have to go through the same. Would not recommend as a seller.

I experienced a problem with a charger… I experienced a problem with a charger with adaptor, for Android and iphone. It was frustrating at first, because the adapter part kept falling out. I am assured that this won't happen again, because I received a new one, due to the defect, and it works perfectly.
