NU Charger Cables are the best! Native Union is the best for Apple charge cables. Our family favourite is the extended extra long 10 ft cable. They have loads of colours to choose from so that each family member can identify their own personal cord. Native Union has an excellent warranty on their products and stands behind each of them 💯 percent. We buy all of our charge cables here. And if we have any issues, customer service zen team is always ready to respond and support.

Ripped off customer by misguiding Hi when I bought cable charger they told me it has lifetime warranty and when I contacted native union to replace my charger they said it doesn’t have a lifetime warranty you MISGUIDED your customer not happy at all.

I had an issue with a 10 foot… I had an issue with a 10 foot re-charging cord that I purchased from Native Union and they listened to my concerns and handled it as well as any company I have dealt with-very professional and timely. I would recommend their products and their company when purchasing items like this as they stand behind their product with exemplary customer service. Very refreshing as a customer. Loved these for ten years and counting ❤️ I have been using native union cables for at least 10 years now. They are rugged, well made, and ideal for daily and travel use. Last year I bought two USB-C cables, and earlier this month, one of them suddenly stopped working. As I had registered both cables online for warranty, I emailed Native Union seeking advice. Within four days, which included a weekend, Elline resolved the issue, and I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad I can continue enjoying the use of these cables. I plan to buy more as gifts for friends too!

Terrible delivery experience ruins all the fun from the product Ordered a laptop sleeve on April 10th, payed more for express delivery - aaand it’s still not here, without any updates. I had some of their other products, generally speaking they’re very good, but unless you’re ready to wait unreasonably lot (priority delivery or not), don’t buy from their website. Very poor service, better look for other retailers
