USI had an issue with a 10 foot… I had an issue with a 10 foot re-charging cord that I purchased from Native Union and they listened to my concerns and handled it as well as any company I have dealt with-very professional and timely. I would recommend their products and their company when purchasing items like this as they stand behind their product with exemplary customer service. Very refreshing as a customer. Thank you Native Union!

FRPoor delivery and Support Services . Order habe been placed for 4 câbles and amount of 169€ on 31/12/2023. Package supposedly deposited in mailbox, not delivered by hand. A scandal for an order of this amount. Still waiting for explanations from native Union and its carrier. The order is lost or stolen for what seems to be the most normal of the world. Site and supplier to flee.

SGPoor experience Poor experience. Don't use a delivery service or vendor who uses HK Post Office. Postman will not deliver your parcel in the concierge without your physical presence and the post has to be then collected in the Post Office during office hours within a few days. Defeated the whole purpose of buying things online especially for those who are busy during office hours. Use proper express mail vendor like SF Express or DHL. We have paid for service not like this.

USTravel Tech Kit I purchased the Travel Tech Kit for my coworkers for the holiday. All of the items are nice but I was hoping for a way to add a gift message (maybe I missed it?) and since it was a bundle I was expecting it to be packaged a little nicer than the three items bouncing around separately in a large shipping box. The shipping box for my "kit" was so large that it got damaged in transit and it just wasn't the "gift" experience I was hoping for. But again, the items are nice. The tech organizer is too small to hold my mac charge cord but it can hold most everything else I need.

GBno help with lost/delayed order My order to the UK has obviously been lost/held somewhere in transit - the Evri tracking has been stuck on 'in transit' with no updates for 10 days now. I have sent Native Union several emails chasing my order but get (very delayed) responses fobbing me off with 'your order is in transit and you will have it soon!' even thought Evri themselvs have told me to contact the sender. I've asked for a refund but no response. Terrible. Avoid.
