Excellent Service Pigeonly is a wonderful service to use if you have a loved one in prison. They are quick and reliable. I would recommend using them for several reasons. Cheaper phone rates, sending picture and post cards and handling mail as well as ordering commissary. They seem to take pride in what they do. I'll be using there services again real soon. Communication has not been easy! Communication has not been easy!! Because of Covid 19, I haven't seen my son in person since 2019. During a conversation he expressed to me that he's forgotten how everyone looks. Being able to send pics thru your company has brought him just a little bit of happiness! Thank you so much!!

At first I had problems with this site… At first I had problems with this site ONLY because the county jail my friend was at, didn't allow anything bigger than a 4×6 photo, so the cards from this site, wouldn't get thru. And the jail required inmate's name & # on back, so photos wouldn't get thru either. But then Pigeonly ran a HOLIDAY DEAL for Christmas AND I found a coupon code so I got a 3 month subscription for a great price! Using Pigeonly now to send letters, cards, photos & web articles to my friend in prison (CA) and it's totally worth it. You can send one of those I listed about every 4 days, once one gets delivered, you can process another one. I haven't used the phone services though so I can't say anything to that

Best price and quality I love the price one time pay and send all the pictures and letters no extra payment and my love one request that all her pictures are sent through Pigeonly because she loves the quality of the pictures that they send l had to resend some because she wanted them in the best quality that she could get them in and when she is happy l am very happy. No complaints from her or me. I would recommend this way of communicating with your loved ones over any other way. And they let you know that it has been sent and when it is delivered to the prison and she lets me know how happy she is to received them and how nice they are.

Unexplained charges Do NOT trust these people with your financial information. My next billing date isn’t until august but they withdrew $35 today. I called and was told there would be an investigation, but based on the other reviews here it doesn’t seem that Pigeonly is currently equipped to manage or store financial data properly.
