GBBest rate number mess up I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

GBAt first I had problems with this site… At first I had problems with this site ONLY because the county jail my friend was at, didn't allow anything bigger than a 4×6 photo, so the cards from this site, wouldn't get thru. And the jail required inmate's name & # on back, so photos wouldn't get thru either. But then Pigeonly ran a HOLIDAY DEAL for Christmas AND I found a coupon code so I got a 3 month subscription for a great price! Using Pigeonly now to send letters, cards, photos & web articles to my friend in prison (CA) and it's totally worth it. You can send one of those I listed about every 4 days, once one gets delivered, you can process another one. I haven't used the phone services though so I can't say anything to that

GBPigonly If you are having problems with your phone lines or system you should let your customers know by email or by putting message on your website . Your customers are spending money on calls to your customers service which don't answer or give you a call back like they say . pigonly don't not respond to emails until weeks later . This service is terrible you say u will monitor by account but the issue is your system not my account .

PHIt's been almost a year now since you… It's been almost a year now since you said you're trying to update your system and get us the best rate but until now we couldn't use your service even when you are paid the whole year. Just let us know if you don't want us to use your service any more than giving us false hope, you are being unprofessional people

GBJUST REFUND MY MONEY I thought this was a great service, for the 1 time I used it. I have tried to cancel my account in many ways: emailed 2x, called and "kept my place in line" but didn't receive a return phone call, and now I have been on hold for 1 hour. If they are still helping other customers, there must be so many complaints, maybe they need more "Customer Support Heros"! BTW, the on hold music repeats every 30 seconds and is becoming so irritating! Just mail photos and letters to your loved ones.
