I was charged $34.99 four times. Needless to say I called immediately to cancel this account. We’ll see how long it takes.

Scammed me more than $1,200! I did a free trial back in MARCH 2021 and immediately cancelled with proof of cancellation via email. They charged me $39.99 over 21 times in January. OVER $1,200 in fraudulent charges taken out of my account. 21 separate charges! This doesn't feel like a mistake. It feels criminal ans I've filed a report with my bank, the BBB, emailed them, and looking into legal action. This is grounds for a class action lawsuit based on these other reviews. Edit: they claimed to reverse charges saying it would appear back in my account in 3-5 days. It's been weeks and nothing. Disputed with Visa and reported to Nevada Attorney General.

Extremely POOR service Update: Again, poor customer service. I already emailed them and the person that responded was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Im not sure why they are responding to my review asking me to email them when I've done so already. They took my money and refuse to refund. I sent them photographic proof stamped by the facility showing the correct address and they ignored my email and refuse to update the address to the correct one. This means some of your relatives will Not receive your letters, be careful. Extremely POOR service. I've recieved a bunch of letters and postcards I sent a relative a couple of months ago, stamped with the words REFUSED. Why? Because pigeonly have the WRONG address details for the facility on their website. my relative relies on letters to keep going and they haven't received any. Don't bother with them

At first I had problems with this site… At first I had problems with this site ONLY because the county jail my friend was at, didn't allow anything bigger than a 4×6 photo, so the cards from this site, wouldn't get thru. And the jail required inmate's name & # on back, so photos wouldn't get thru either. But then Pigeonly ran a HOLIDAY DEAL for Christmas AND I found a coupon code so I got a 3 month subscription for a great price! Using Pigeonly now to send letters, cards, photos & web articles to my friend in prison (CA) and it's totally worth it. You can send one of those I listed about every 4 days, once one gets delivered, you can process another one. I haven't used the phone services though so I can't say anything to that
