I believe last month I had just under $200 extra dollars taken out. Yes, Alex was able to get that straightened out and fixed, it occurs every 6-8 months, so if you plan on using this, keep an eye on your bank statements.

Best rate number mess up I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

Excellent Service Pigeonly is a wonderful service to use if you have a loved one in prison. They are quick and reliable. I would recommend using them for several reasons. Cheaper phone rates, sending picture and post cards and handling mail as well as ordering commissary. They seem to take pride in what they do. I'll be using there services again real soon.
