GBJUST REFUND MY MONEY I thought this was a great service, for the 1 time I used it. I have tried to cancel my account in many ways: emailed 2x, called and "kept my place in line" but didn't receive a return phone call, and now I have been on hold for 1 hour. If they are still helping other customers, there must be so many complaints, maybe they need more "Customer Support Heros"! BTW, the on hold music repeats every 30 seconds and is becoming so irritating! Just mail photos and letters to your loved ones.

GBWhile this company is awesome for… While this company is awesome for keeping you in touch with loved ones who are incarcerated, they like to take out more than the monthly payment owed. I believe last month I had just under $200 extra dollars taken out. Yes, Alex was able to get that straightened out and fixed, it occurs every 6-8 months, so if you plan on using this, keep an eye on your bank statements.

GBIt isn't unlimited like it says It isn't unlimited like it says. I'm only able to send 1 letter a week. Also it says that I will receive information on how to set up commissary which I never received. Other than that it's great.

GBI absolutely love Pigeonly I absolutely love Pigeonly! I was so excited to b able to send pics and make a card for my husband! Thank u Pigeonly for making it possible to communicate with our incarcerated loved ones for such a low price

CAUnexplained charges Do NOT trust these people with your financial information. My next billing date isn’t until august but they withdrew $35 today. I called and was told there would be an investigation, but based on the other reviews here it doesn’t seem that Pigeonly is currently equipped to manage or store financial data properly.
