I truly love this site I truly love this site! You don't have many choices when it comes to sending cards to your loved ones who are incarcerated and this is an approved site. With all the regulations and stipulations with receiving mail, especially cards, this site is approved and the quality from what I am told is amazing! I love that I can upload my own photos to create a card not to mention the ability to add my own signature to it which gives the cards an added touch of love! Thank you Pigeonly for this amazing site! The monthly subscription for unlimited use gives me the ability to send a card everyday to my loved one!!!!!

Best rate number mess up I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

Pigeonly will take your monthly payment… Pigeonly will take your monthly payment but have your pictures and cards sitting in printed or processed status for weeks. You are not getting what's being advertised or what u thought u were paying for. You can send customer service messages but they just come back with a generic answer and still do nothing! Don't trust your photos with them. It's a scam.

At first I had problems with this site… At first I had problems with this site ONLY because the county jail my friend was at, didn't allow anything bigger than a 4×6 photo, so the cards from this site, wouldn't get thru. And the jail required inmate's name & # on back, so photos wouldn't get thru either. But then Pigeonly ran a HOLIDAY DEAL for Christmas AND I found a coupon code so I got a 3 month subscription for a great price! Using Pigeonly now to send letters, cards, photos & web articles to my friend in prison (CA) and it's totally worth it. You can send one of those I listed about every 4 days, once one gets delivered, you can process another one. I haven't used the phone services though so I can't say anything to that

It's been almost a year now since you… It's been almost a year now since you said you're trying to update your system and get us the best rate but until now we couldn't use your service even when you are paid the whole year. Just let us know if you don't want us to use your service any more than giving us false hope, you are being unprofessional people
