Best CSR I've EVER encountered I've read over some of these reviews after speaking with Brain at godish dot com for over 45 min!! I am blown away at the customer support, the patience, and product knowledge this man had! He couldn't find a product that fit my needs at my location, and STILL explained technical terms, the ins and outs of internet service, what the different types were (dsl, fiber, satellite) and had answers to every little question I had. He was so friendly, polite, and personable - I could see myself talking to him for hours. He loves his company and loves Dish TV and believes in his company's values and standards and stands behind Dish as a product!! Y'all have an awesome employee in Brian Ellis!!!

Evaluation of Dish employees The installer, Brad, was very knowledgeable and efficient!! He explained how to get started using the Hopper, etc. He was very professional and kind. He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him! Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw… Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw this go dish, and scammed them completely... They asked for her card only to charge a dollar, The guy that was in charge never once said anything about another charge! They ended up charging 50 dollars,this making my grandparents over drawn! Make sure to find another company because these people are scamming you card. My grandparents are in a fixed income, and you dish people are absolutely horrible!

IM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET… IM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET INSTALLED ON 8/31/20. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A $200 GIFT CARD, I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. ITS A SCAM, I HAD ATT U-VERSE/DIRECT TV FOR YEARS, I ONLY SWITCHED BECAUSE I MOVED AND WANTED TO CHANGE DUE TO ATT PRICES CONSTANTLY INCREASING. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE AT LEAST THEY DON'T LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOW IM STUCK FOR 2 YEARS WITH THIS DISH OR GO DISH I THINK ITS 2 COMPANIES BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL AND STILL NO ONE COULD HELP ME.
