Was told I would get a 150 dollar gift… Was told I would get a 150 dollar gift card if I signed up with Dish,I was then told I had to wait two weeks after hook up I would get it,then after that I was told I had to ask for it online,just sign into offergodish.com,well that didn't work either,no offer out there anywhere, very disappointed with their lies

Still waiting Still waiting, 3 weeks later, to have the satellite mounted. It is currently sitting on the ground in a temporary mount. Wouldn't be a problem but I was advised it would be "a few days." When I called about this issue I was told I needed to handle it myself, by contacting the call before you dig number. Sorry but I don't feel like that's my responsibility.

DROP THE DISH The wait time to speak with a person who doesn't care about helping you or finding a solution. Dish is now taking away channels & raising prices without a care to the customer. This is completely ridiculous and GREEDY during a PANDEMIC. Being a loyal customer for 10 years doesn't mean anything. STREAMING SERVICES WILL BE THE END OF DISH BECAUSE YOU WON'T LOWER YOUR INFLATED RATES FOR BASIC CHANNELS.

IM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET… IM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET INSTALLED ON 8/31/20. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A $200 GIFT CARD, I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. ITS A SCAM, I HAD ATT U-VERSE/DIRECT TV FOR YEARS, I ONLY SWITCHED BECAUSE I MOVED AND WANTED TO CHANGE DUE TO ATT PRICES CONSTANTLY INCREASING. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE AT LEAST THEY DON'T LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOW IM STUCK FOR 2 YEARS WITH THIS DISH OR GO DISH I THINK ITS 2 COMPANIES BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL AND STILL NO ONE COULD HELP ME.

The installer was very professional and…installation The installer was very professional and personable was well-informed had no problem understanding him he did a great job in less time than it was supposed to take him. I am very pleased and have recommended this to others. The tech people were real good no problems
