GBGreat Installer. Sales team needs work. The Installer, Jeremiah, was excellent. That being said, their sales team could needs work. 1st Salesperson was helpful, explained services, verified I would get $100 gift card (which hasn't arrived) and then passed me off to a "closer" who was only interested in up selling additional features including Internet service for which the price was very high and the speed was ridiculously low. I felt like I was buying a car and wouldn't be let out if the "telephonic room" until I bought all the upgrades. When I declined he speed read thru his closing speech which included God only knows what for "free" for a few months and then auto renewal at a price. Will have to check the bill when it comes. I specifically went with this company because of the pricing and gift card. Better get it or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.

GBService technician was very… Service technician was very professional and quickly installed my equipment. He also showed me how to use the remote and guides. 5 stars for him! Only 2 stars for dish itself! Outrageous expensive! Unbelievable!

GBIM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET… IM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET INSTALLED ON 8/31/20. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A $200 GIFT CARD, I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. ITS A SCAM, I HAD ATT U-VERSE/DIRECT TV FOR YEARS, I ONLY SWITCHED BECAUSE I MOVED AND WANTED TO CHANGE DUE TO ATT PRICES CONSTANTLY INCREASING. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE AT LEAST THEY DON'T LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOW IM STUCK FOR 2 YEARS WITH THIS DISH OR GO DISH I THINK ITS 2 COMPANIES BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL AND STILL NO ONE COULD HELP ME.

I am very pleased and have recommended this to others. The tech people were real good no problems

GBBest CSR I've EVER encountered I've read over some of these reviews after speaking with Brain at godish dot com for over 45 min!! I am blown away at the customer support, the patience, and product knowledge this man had! He couldn't find a product that fit my needs at my location, and STILL explained technical terms, the ins and outs of internet service, what the different types were (dsl, fiber, satellite) and had answers to every little question I had. He was so friendly, polite, and personable - I could see myself talking to him for hours. He loves his company and loves Dish TV and believes in his company's values and standards and stands behind Dish as a product!! Y'all have an awesome employee in Brian Ellis!!!
