At initial installation technician said… At initial installation technician said he could attach an digital antenna to the dish to get local channels due to placement of the dish and that antenna was approved. Local channels did not appear on my guide. I called Dish and was informed the digital antenna was not approved by Dish. Second technician came and said the dish did not need to be moved just redirected. It was just a time consuming issue with having to wait.

The technicians who set up the system were very professional and answered all the questions I had about the system and about transitioning from another server. I would recommend Dish!

He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him! Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw… Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw this go dish, and scammed them completely... They asked for her card only to charge a dollar, The guy that was in charge never once said anything about another charge! They ended up charging 50 dollars,this making my grandparents over drawn! Make sure to find another company because these people are scamming you card. My grandparents are in a fixed income, and you dish people are absolutely horrible!
