Evaluation of Dish employees The installer, Brad, was very knowledgeable and efficient!! He explained how to get started using the Hopper, etc. He was very professional and kind. He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him! Best CSR I've EVER encountered I've read over some of these reviews after speaking with Brain at godish dot com for over 45 min!! I am blown away at the customer support, the patience, and product knowledge this man had! He couldn't find a product that fit my needs at my location, and STILL explained technical terms, the ins and outs of internet service, what the different types were (dsl, fiber, satellite) and had answers to every little question I had. He was so friendly, polite, and personable - I could see myself talking to him for hours. He loves his company and loves Dish TV and believes in his company's values and standards and stands behind Dish as a product!! Y'all have an awesome employee in Brian Ellis!!!

I switched from DirecTV I switched from DirecTV. Got Dish because of their Promotions. $100 Gift Card, still waiting. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Left on hold for Long periods of time. Should of stayed with DirecTV. If they don't Honor their Promotion. Terminating Service. And it will be Cold Day In Hell if they ever get a Termination fee from me. WONT HAPPEN!!! I dont know Who rated them Best in Customer Service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
