very satisfied with Dish! I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Dish. The people I talked to when ordering were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The technicians who set up the system were very professional and answered all the questions I had about the system and about transitioning from another server. I would recommend Dish!

Was told I would get a 150 dollar gift… Was told I would get a 150 dollar gift card if I signed up with Dish,I was then told I had to wait two weeks after hook up I would get it,then after that I was told I had to ask for it online,just sign into offergodish.com,well that didn't work either,no offer out there anywhere, very disappointed with their lies

Still waiting Still waiting, 3 weeks later, to have the satellite mounted. It is currently sitting on the ground in a temporary mount. Wouldn't be a problem but I was advised it would be "a few days." When I called about this issue I was told I needed to handle it myself, by contacting the call before you dig number. Sorry but I don't feel like that's my responsibility.

Great Installer. Sales team needs work. The Installer, Jeremiah, was excellent. That being said, their sales team could needs work. 1st Salesperson was helpful, explained services, verified I would get $100 gift card (which hasn't arrived) and then passed me off to a "closer" who was only interested in up selling additional features including Internet service for which the price was very high and the speed was ridiculously low. I felt like I was buying a car and wouldn't be let out if the "telephonic room" until I bought all the upgrades. When I declined he speed read thru his closing speech which included God only knows what for "free" for a few months and then auto renewal at a price. Will have to check the bill when it comes. I specifically went with this company because of the pricing and gift card. Better get it or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.

I am very pleased and have recommended this to others. The tech people were real good no problems
