GBThe enrollment was easy and the… The enrollment was easy and the customer service agent was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything concerning the service agreement. The appointment time set was honored, and the installer arrived on time. He was very courteous and asked were I would prefer the dish to be installed. He explained the tv guide and cleaned up after himself. so far the service works perfectly, FYI: I am still waiting on the internet service to be installed as a part of my package.

GBTechnician was very good and helpful Technician was very good and helpful. Customer service has been very weak up to this point particularly regarding the gift card offers. Have tried multiple times with zero success in getting either of the promised gift cards. It has now been over 30 days and the gift cards must be applied for within 60 days but you can't apply for them until they enter you in the system so they recognize you for applying for the cards.

GBHello my grandma Judy wines went threw… Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw this go dish, and scammed them completely... They asked for her card only to charge a dollar, The guy that was in charge never once said anything about another charge! They ended up charging 50 dollars,this making my grandparents over drawn! Make sure to find another company because these people are scamming you card. My grandparents are in a fixed income, and you dish people are absolutely horrible!

GBIM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET… IM A NEW CUSTOMER HAD DISH AND INTERNET INSTALLED ON 8/31/20. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A $200 GIFT CARD, I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. ITS A SCAM, I HAD ATT U-VERSE/DIRECT TV FOR YEARS, I ONLY SWITCHED BECAUSE I MOVED AND WANTED TO CHANGE DUE TO ATT PRICES CONSTANTLY INCREASING. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE AT LEAST THEY DON'T LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOW IM STUCK FOR 2 YEARS WITH THIS DISH OR GO DISH I THINK ITS 2 COMPANIES BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL AND STILL NO ONE COULD HELP ME.
