USI will try to be honest I will try to be honest, helpful and constructive, following "critical constructive" theory. But it's difficult, because Vonage services are unnoticeable; they work so well that you don't even notice they exist. How can you criticize something you don't notice? What to recommend being constructive for a service that is so smooth, you don't know it exists? I'm sorry, but is perfect still perfectible?

USStay away from this unprofessional company An absolute disgrace of a company. No way for you to talk to anyone with authority no matter how many times you call / email / chat. They say their porting department is "offline". All you can talk to is reps in India who can't do anything except apologize and "open tickets" that stay open forever and don't go anywhere. They have wasted my time for 23 days trying to do a simple number porting from Verizon. Super frustrating. Don't waste your time with Vonage please.

USvonage is GARBAGE I got this VOIP service because they were supposed to have the best customer service. I got my equipment and there was an issue with it having to be hardwired and not having wifi so I called customer service. They couldn't help me with the issue so I asked to be transferred to cancel my account. They then proceeded to hang up on me 4 times. They finally got my account canceled but they were either purposely disconnecting me or vonage drops a whole lot of calls.

USVonage is superb! I have been a customer of Vonage since 2009. Absolutely the best telcon service going. Easy install, great support, worth every penny. I especially like the ability to link mobile devices to my account via Vonage Extensions. You guys are A-one!
