USAfter almost 2 decades I called to… After almost 2 decades I called to cancel my service, on 12/22/2022. My annual payment was made the first week of December, automatically. After talking to the rep in India, I was told my refund would be credited back to my credit card in 5-7 business days. I never received it. Called yesterday, 01/04/2023 and was told that she’ll process the refund and it will take 5-7 business days. I will now contact the credit card company and dispute the charge. I also requested a transfer to customer service in the US, and she said there wasn’t one. Will be filing a formal complaint with the FCC, also.

USUser for more than 15 years User for more than 15 years. The service is dependable, voices clear all is great except for...THE SPAM CALLS! 15 or more a day. Nomorobo installed, spam feature activated, can't leave ringer on. 50 numbers can be blocked, thats 4 days worth. The number list has to be manually cleared to block more. It is in numerical order instead of order of called. This means you may unblock this mornings numbers to block more. This only 50 number list in numerical order may just be the reason I cancel this companies service. PLEASE FIX THE SPAM ISSUE!

CAA Smart Phone Solution! Signing up with Vonage was one of the smartest things I have ever done! After dealing with T---- phone company for many years (frustrating and expensive) I now have a house phone that I can afford and that is very reliable. I can make calls anywhere in North America, all for one low monthly price.

USProfessional, reliable and cost effective. After years of practice I think Vonage have got it right on switching a user over too their telephone system. The new system based on the internet has been up and running with no complications or problems for the last few weeks. The bonus in all this is you get a competative price for a landline and that was the deal breaker.

USI had some issues with my Bank account… I had some issues with my Bank account and was having a problem with my automatic payment to Vonage for their services I've had for years a U.S. Telephone number that I use with the Box Vonage sent me before I departed the U.S. I am a U.S. Veteran who often travels abroad and needs contact with my V.A. Drs and Business and of course Family as well. Vonage was accomodating to the Highest degree and told me not to worry they wouldn't disconnect me and gave me a month to straighten it out and I had it done in less. I appreciate Vonage and their People and Customer Service. I'm a customer for life. Thank You Vonage. I'd give you 10 Stars if I could. **********
