I purchased a brand new Gateway laptop… I purchased a brand new Gateway laptop which didn't work. Gateway said that because Newegg wasn't an authorized seller I have NO warranty. Newegg said that it was a third party seller so they wouldn't warranty me. The number they gave me for the seller has no answer. So I am totally screwed. Pass the buck now im just out $500. NEVER GOING TO SHOP NEWEGG AGAIN!!!

Designed and built and entire rig Designed and built and entire computer via new egg. The main board was defective and i ended up returning it to new egg for a full refund. the replacement board worked fine. It was my fault for using a cheap board.

Newegg stated that they delivered my… Newegg stated that they delivered my package to the correct address, despite no signature, notification, or confirmation from me. They merely sent a photo of the box on the floor or outright denied my claim without proper investigation. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear they need to be held accountable. I advise others to avoid purchasing from them, as I've experienced issues with two separate orders. I've already reached out to UPS and my bank for assistance. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's best to consider purchasing items in-store rather than risking similar experiences online. When I called 4 times 2 times they hung up on me told me to go screw myself the other 2 calls they said it’s not there problem stay away!

Easy order, and great price bad shipping through UPS The ordering was easy and convenient, and I love almost ever experience i've had, and the only issue I did have was rectified by NewEgg very quickly when i wasn't able to contact one of their third party vendors. however this time even though I gave 4 stars I am livid with Ups, because they cant follow instruction clearly listed on my order and leave my package instead they didn't leave it they made me drive across town the next day and pick it up from a drop off store, so 4 stars.
