Newegg is a reliable and consistent provider of high quality products! Newegg has always been a reliable seller of all sorts to me, from PC components to PC liquid cooling fittings to PC monitors. Newegg always has a great selection and delivers high quality products.

Not compliant with UK law Have a GPU that likely needs repair or replacement. Being based in the UK, we have certain rights as it relates to purchases made in the UK (one of them being a 6 month window for repair or replacement if there's a fault with the goods). Despite Newegg's own help articles recognising this, and flagging UK law multiple times, their customer support team was awful to deal with, simply repeating the US policy on 30 returns and eventually going silent and shutting down the chat. If you're based in the UK, do not buy from Newegg. Buy from Amazon instead. Customer support and policies are compliant with UK law. Waaaayyyy better experience and far better peace of mind/security when spending several hundred pounds on a GPU.

newegg didn't help, nor did supervisor matthew's attitude. Simple request for a return label to be printed and mailed to me to facilitate return of ~$4000 purchase. "newegg can schedule a pick up with UPS and send you a label, but this is a third party purchase and Newegg won't do that for 3rd party purchases." !!!! It's a simple request. Evidently newegg doesn't have printers now. They did before. No hesitation last time I had to ask for this: my previous purchase because of receiving defective items two times. I PURCHASED THROUGH NEWEGG BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HELP IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. What they will do for first party purchase, they refuse to do for 3rd party purchases. It's the same service: print & mail. How could doing that in any way negatively impact newegg? So if newegg isn't going to help, and I have to get attitude from a supervisor also; remind me again what is the reason to purchase through newegg? I'll go directly to the seller from now on. Designed and built and entire rig Designed and built and entire computer via new egg. The main board was defective and i ended up returning it to new egg for a full refund. the replacement board worked fine. It was my fault for using a cheap board.

unhappy Newsmay… Both power supplies on our new Newsmay failed. Contacted for replacements, we were sent used (supposedly tested) replacements. Was going to buy more for our office - will find alternative.
