I purchased a brand new Gateway laptop… I purchased a brand new Gateway laptop which didn't work. Gateway said that because Newegg wasn't an authorized seller I have NO warranty. Newegg said that it was a third party seller so they wouldn't warranty me. The number they gave me for the seller has no answer. So I am totally screwed. Pass the buck now im just out $500. NEVER GOING TO SHOP NEWEGG AGAIN!!!

Component searches are listed in a logical and orderly way.The selection can't be beat. Customer service is excellent for the few times I needed help. The prices are almost always the best that can be found. It's a one stop shop.

unhappy Newsmay… Both power supplies on our new Newsmay failed. Contacted for replacements, we were sent used (supposedly tested) replacements. Was going to buy more for our office - will find alternative.

Easy order, and great price bad shipping through UPS The ordering was easy and convenient, and I love almost ever experience i've had, and the only issue I did have was rectified by NewEgg very quickly when i wasn't able to contact one of their third party vendors. however this time even though I gave 4 stars I am livid with Ups, because they cant follow instruction clearly listed on my order and leave my package instead they didn't leave it they made me drive across town the next day and pick it up from a drop off store, so 4 stars.
