GBGo anywhere else that seems safer and healthier Im being accused of not shipping these items back. They lost 2 items on my first order. Then challenged me on returning items back to them, after I followed all their "30-day hassle free return" steps. Their services are trash. Their shipping is trash. Good luck, better to find a micro center or better online service fs.

GBnewegg didn't help, nor did supervisor matthew's attitude. Simple request for a return label to be printed and mailed to me to facilitate return of ~$4000 purchase. "newegg can schedule a pick up with UPS and send you a label, but this is a third party purchase and Newegg won't do that for 3rd party purchases." !!!! It's a simple request. Evidently newegg doesn't have printers now. They did before. No hesitation last time I had to ask for this: my previous purchase because of receiving defective items two times. I PURCHASED THROUGH NEWEGG BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HELP IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. What they will do for first party purchase, they refuse to do for 3rd party purchases. It's the same service: print & mail. How could doing that in any way negatively impact newegg? So if newegg isn't going to help, and I have to get attitude from a supervisor also; remind me again what is the reason to purchase through newegg? I'll go directly to the seller from now on. GBMuch better these days Newegg has redeemed itself in my book. I had a few bad experiences in the past , but for the past few years it’s been fantastic.

Component searches are listed in a logical and orderly way.The selection can't be beat. Customer service is excellent for the few times I needed help. The prices are almost always the best that can be found. It's a one stop shop.
