USNewEgg/PC Online Scam/Rip Off This item was represented as NEW on the website and with Windows 11 Pro. When we opened it and started setup it was found the computers had all been shipped to the United Arab Emirates in May and June of 2023. Linux was the operating system that was originally installed on the machines but that was switched to Windows 11. Only 2 of the 3 had product keys for the Windows 11 Pro setup. The Dell 1-yr warranty was also almost expired. I have left multiple voice mails for PC Online with no response.

USI purchased a brand new Gateway laptop… I purchased a brand new Gateway laptop which didn't work. Gateway said that because Newegg wasn't an authorized seller I have NO warranty. Newegg said that it was a third party seller so they wouldn't warranty me. The number they gave me for the seller has no answer. So I am totally screwed. Pass the buck now im just out $500. NEVER GOING TO SHOP NEWEGG AGAIN!!!

USnewegg didn't help, nor did supervisor matthew's attitude. Simple request for a return label to be printed and mailed to me to facilitate return of ~$4000 purchase. "newegg can schedule a pick up with UPS and send you a label, but this is a third party purchase and Newegg won't do that for 3rd party purchases." !!!! It's a simple request. Evidently newegg doesn't have printers now. They did before. No hesitation last time I had to ask for this: my previous purchase because of receiving defective items two times. I PURCHASED THROUGH NEWEGG BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HELP IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. What they will do for first party purchase, they refuse to do for 3rd party purchases. It's the same service: print & mail. How could doing that in any way negatively impact newegg? So if newegg isn't going to help, and I have to get attitude from a supervisor also; remind me again what is the reason to purchase through newegg? I'll go directly to the seller from now on. Logged on, in my account, 3 times, (still not a robot) and now I'm being passed on to the new account I've been forced to create on resellerratings.com.

USNewegg stated that they delivered my… Newegg stated that they delivered my package to the correct address, despite no signature, notification, or confirmation from me. They merely sent a photo of the box on the floor or outright denied my claim without proper investigation. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear they need to be held accountable. I advise others to avoid purchasing from them, as I've experienced issues with two separate orders. I've already reached out to UPS and my bank for assistance. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's best to consider purchasing items in-store rather than risking similar experiences online. When I called 4 times 2 times they hung up on me told me to go screw myself the other 2 calls they said it’s not there problem stay away!
