GBThe biggest problem with NewEgg The biggest problem with NewEgg is they suppress and censor reviews. I had 2 reviews removed because I wrote my ASUS motherboard was DOA and then the replacement died in 6 months. They told me they would not post my review because it was at ASUS customer service and not about the motherboard? Huh? Terrible company and I don't trust them or the reviews there. Will take my business else where. GBYears of satisfaction I've been a Newegg shopper for over 18 years. Sometimes it's just for one item, many times is been for full system builds. Newegg is easy to navigate. Component searches are listed in a logical and orderly way.The selection can't be beat. Customer service is excellent for the few times I needed help. The prices are almost always the best that can be found. It's a one stop shop.

GBGo anywhere else that seems safer and healthier Im being accused of not shipping these items back. They lost 2 items on my first order. Then challenged me on returning items back to them, after I followed all their "30-day hassle free return" steps. Their services are trash. Their shipping is trash. Good luck, better to find a micro center or better online service fs.

VEI wish I had never bought from them My order was marked as delayed for long. Customer support did not exist, only a limited bot that replies always the same. I cancelled my order as I suspect that they sold me a product out of stock. They already charged my card (which is weird, why to charge before processing) and now I am waiting for the refund not knowing if it would be any refund because is imposible to chat with a real human on their support page.

GBNewegg stated that they delivered my… Newegg stated that they delivered my package to the correct address, despite no signature, notification, or confirmation from me. They merely sent a photo of the box on the floor or outright denied my claim without proper investigation. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear they need to be held accountable. I advise others to avoid purchasing from them, as I've experienced issues with two separate orders. I've already reached out to UPS and my bank for assistance. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's best to consider purchasing items in-store rather than risking similar experiences online. When I called 4 times 2 times they hung up on me told me to go screw myself the other 2 calls they said it’s not there problem stay away!
