unhappy Newsmay… Both power supplies on our new Newsmay failed. Contacted for replacements, we were sent used (supposedly tested) replacements. Was going to buy more for our office - will find alternative.

Horrible company with zero customer… Horrible company with zero customer support. Unlike Amazon, these guys don't care about you at all. Amazon chat goes out of their way to help you.

I wish I had never bought from them My order was marked as delayed for long. Customer support did not exist, only a limited bot that replies always the same. I cancelled my order as I suspect that they sold me a product out of stock. They already charged my card (which is weird, why to charge before processing) and now I am waiting for the refund not knowing if it would be any refund because is imposible to chat with a real human on their support page.
