Awful customer service over a month and no refund The migration from my prior Practice Mgmt tool was useless. I called in to speak to person in an email and when I called in their reception person did not know who I was talking about. I cancelled within first 30 days so as to get a refund. I have made many calls multiple emails and still no refund. I suppose cancelling them seems like the best decision I made with regard to my "relationship" with them. BEWARE

PracticePanther has a dedicated team of managers and technicians who would not rest until my firm was running at its highest possible efficiency. Good security Security is the number one priority for our firm. With PracticePanther's security features that blocks users from certain parts of the software, as well as their military standard of encryption, our firm is much more protected then using an internal server. We needed to be HIPAA compliant and their Box.com integration allows our files to be hosted securely according to the HIPAA standards. All around great, easy, and safe.

Wonderful program The program is easy to use. I love that the app on my phone is as easy to use as the full website on my computer. I love that the program easily syncs with other programs including DropBox and PayPal. The support is wonderful. Invoicing is a breeze. Clients like the client portals. It is really affordable. I highly recommend Practice Panther.

Honestly the best! Before Practice Panther, I was extremely disorganized and didn’t have a central hub with all my information at my finger tips. Now I am more efficient than ever! The reminder system works fantastically and having both you and a client receive a text on your phone before a hearing is worth it’s weight in gold.
