GBThis company replied to my prior review… This company replied to my prior review by wrongfully stating that I was a customer. In fact, I was never a customer, they gave me a preliminary access and then I declined. Then, they decided to charge me a year after the fact. Definitely not a trustworthy company and now they are stating lies in their reply to my previous review.

GBActually really easy to use. I was quite surprised by how easy it was to use when I first signed up. I followed the steps, completed everything, and was actually using it myself within the first few minutes without having to watch any long tedious training videos or webinars. I'm not very computer literate so this was a huge plus and we've stuck with them ever since.

GBGood security Security is the number one priority for our firm. With PracticePanther's security features that blocks users from certain parts of the software, as well as their military standard of encryption, our firm is much more protected then using an internal server. We needed to be HIPAA compliant and their Box.com integration allows our files to be hosted securely according to the HIPAA standards. All around great, easy, and safe.

GBTerrible customer service- caused me to lose a BIG client! Terrible customer service. They do not get back to you for weeks!! I had an urgent client issue and needed a quick answer. They never answer the phone at customer support. I am leaving this company!

GBEasy to use and great customer service I have been using PracticePanther for around 3 years now and have loved everything about it since day 1. I did I did my homework prior to starting my subscription and this is the easiest software to use BY FAR. PracticePanther offered the most bang for my buck and their support was been very responsive for me.
