Easy to use and great customer service I have been using PracticePanther for around 3 years now and have loved everything about it since day 1. I did I did my homework prior to starting my subscription and this is the easiest software to use BY FAR. PracticePanther offered the most bang for my buck and their support was been very responsive for me.

Honestly the best! Before Practice Panther, I was extremely disorganized and didn’t have a central hub with all my information at my finger tips. Now I am more efficient than ever! The reminder system works fantastically and having both you and a client receive a text on your phone before a hearing is worth it’s weight in gold.

AUTO RENEWED AND REFUSED TO REFUND Practice Panther did not work for our firm's needs and we moved on to another practice management software. They did not send out an auto renew notice for an annual subscription and refused to refund the subscription. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Incorrect Billing rates Practice Panther does not maintain the correct billing rates. I have different billing rates for different matters and they have been clearly inputted by me, but Practice Panther keeps slipping and using the default rate for matters that have custom rates. They tell me they are working on fixing this, but have not done so after months of complaints.

We particularly love PantherPayments because it saves us so much time with billing & invoicing and our clients like how easy it is to make a payment.
