AUTO RENEWED AND REFUSED TO REFUND Practice Panther did not work for our firm's needs and we moved on to another practice management software. They did not send out an auto renew notice for an annual subscription and refused to refund the subscription. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Cloud Case Management & More! Before Practice Panther we had an expensive local server that ran a very old and clunky database. This server constantly required maintenance and updating. Along with the headaches of downtime and expensive IT bills, it was very slow! Switching to Practice Panther has helped us become more efficient, reduce our expenses, stay organized, and track client data.

Wonderful program The program is easy to use. I love that the app on my phone is as easy to use as the full website on my computer. I love that the program easily syncs with other programs including DropBox and PayPal. The support is wonderful. Invoicing is a breeze. Clients like the client portals. It is really affordable. I highly recommend Practice Panther.

Actually really easy to use. I was quite surprised by how easy it was to use when I first signed up. I followed the steps, completed everything, and was actually using it myself within the first few minutes without having to watch any long tedious training videos or webinars. I'm not very computer literate so this was a huge plus and we've stuck with them ever since.
