This company replied to my prior review… This company replied to my prior review by wrongfully stating that I was a customer. In fact, I was never a customer, they gave me a preliminary access and then I declined. Then, they decided to charge me a year after the fact. Definitely not a trustworthy company and now they are stating lies in their reply to my previous review.

I love PracticePanther I love PracticePanther! I've used it for over a year and I can't imagine using any other program. It's extremely easy to use and intuitive. I can access it anywhere and love the app. It automates a wide variety of tasks including calendaring, workflows, document creation and intake forms. Plus it makes tracking time and sending invoices simple - even for those who aren't super tech savvy. I highly recommend PracticePanther!

Cloud Case Management & More! Before Practice Panther we had an expensive local server that ran a very old and clunky database. This server constantly required maintenance and updating. Easy to use and great customer service I have been using PracticePanther for around 3 years now and have loved everything about it since day 1. I did I did my homework prior to starting my subscription and this is the easiest software to use BY FAR. PracticePanther offered the most bang for my buck and their support was been very responsive for me.

Actually really easy to use. I was quite surprised by how easy it was to use when I first signed up. I followed the steps, completed everything, and was actually using it myself within the first few minutes without having to watch any long tedious training videos or webinars. I'm not very computer literate so this was a huge plus and we've stuck with them ever since.
