Wonderful program The program is easy to use. I love that the app on my phone is as easy to use as the full website on my computer. I love that the program easily syncs with other programs including DropBox and PayPal. The support is wonderful. Invoicing is a breeze. Clients like the client portals. It is really affordable. I highly recommend Practice Panther.

Awful customer service over a month and no refund The migration from my prior Practice Mgmt tool was useless. I called in to speak to person in an email and when I called in their reception person did not know who I was talking about. I cancelled within first 30 days so as to get a refund. I have made many calls multiple emails and still no refund. I suppose cancelling them seems like the best decision I made with regard to my "relationship" with them. BEWARE

Honestly the best! Before Practice Panther, I was extremely disorganized and didn’t have a central hub with all my information at my finger tips. Now I am more efficient than ever! The reminder system works fantastically and having both you and a client receive a text on your phone before a hearing is worth it’s weight in gold.

Terrible customer service- caused me to lose a BIG client! Terrible customer service. They do not get back to you for weeks!! I had an urgent client issue and needed a quick answer. They never answer the phone at customer support. I am leaving this company!

We're finally paperless...Thanks PraceticePanther! As in-house counsel, one of my main tasks was making our department paper-free. I am happy to announce - the day has finally come thanks to PracticePanther! By reducing the amount of clutter and paper, we're able to work significantly faster and collaborate more efficiently with our team. Anyone can find any document by simply searching our Box.com database inside the software. We can even send contracts out for electronic signature right from the program - big time saver! Thanks to the team, we are finally paperless.
