We're finally paperless...Thanks PraceticePanther! As in-house counsel, one of my main tasks was making our department paper-free. I am happy to announce - the day has finally come thanks to PracticePanther! By reducing the amount of clutter and paper, we're able to work significantly faster and collaborate more efficiently with our team. Anyone can find any document by simply searching our Box.com database inside the software. We can even send contracts out for electronic signature right from the program - big time saver! Thanks to the team, we are finally paperless.

This company replied to my prior review… This company replied to my prior review by wrongfully stating that I was a customer. In fact, I was never a customer, they gave me a preliminary access and then I declined. Then, they decided to charge me a year after the fact. Definitely not a trustworthy company and now they are stating lies in their reply to my previous review.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service - no one ever calls you and - glitches all the time. Sync issues, calendar doesn't save. Only owner setup constraints - admin setup not scalable. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! Our law firm regrets purchasing Practice Panther almost everyday!

Actually really easy to use. I was quite surprised by how easy it was to use when I first signed up. I followed the steps, completed everything, and was actually using it myself within the first few minutes without having to watch any long tedious training videos or webinars. I'm not very computer literate so this was a huge plus and we've stuck with them ever since.

AUTO RENEWED AND REFUSED TO REFUND Practice Panther did not work for our firm's needs and we moved on to another practice management software. They did not send out an auto renew notice for an annual subscription and refused to refund the subscription. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
