NLFair product, horrible customer service The product is good, but available only in limited languages. The "customer success team" however is horrible. Their only interest seems to be their bonus for new revenue, and once they have tricked you into paying more than you should you hear nothing from them.

GBAccount Management team makes all the difference! The Chargebee team has worked tirelessly with our company to find solutions for our complex workflows and business needs. While no product is perfect, we have a dedicated account management team that is there to address our concerns and help us take our experience to the next level. The personal attention and ability to learn our business really sets this company apart.

CZExcellent service from my experience... Wow, its shocking to see how these many bad reviews for this amazing company, not sure if I'm using the same chargebee as they are! My experience with them for last 3 years has been nothing but amazing. They have always provided amazing customer support and the sheer amount of features they are providing puts other similar services to shame.

GBCustomer service sucks Customer service sucks. I have been trying to get my gateway account set up properly for weeks with Chargebee but they will only communicate with me through email. They refuse to let me speak with a live agent and customer service number sends me straight to voicemail. I’m at my wits end!

CANot Worth the Headache Billing and payments are the most important pillars of your organization. So when something goes wrong, it shouldn't take a week to talk to a person. We have had issues with the system, and support is either nonexistent or doesn't even understand their product and provides incorrect information. The worst part... we're a paying customer. We pay every month. Chargebee is our biggest regret. Put in the extra time to integrate Stripe directly, or choose another billing management solution. Chargebee may look good on paper, and it may work correctly for the first couple of months, but eventually you'll start to see issues, and support is no where to be found.
