MY PHONE WORKED BUT DID NOT RING MY PHONE WORKED BUT DID NOT RING. MY PHONE TEXT BUT MY INCOMING TEXT WOULD GO TO MY OLD PHONE.I HAD COMPATABILITY ISSUES WITH MY SPRINT SERVICE. I REACHED OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO SPRINT. NO PREVAIL.. SO I THEN CONTACT BLACKVIEW AND SEVERAL REPRESENTATIVES REPLIED TO MY ISSUE AND EACH HAD POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO HELP WITH MY PROBLEM.. AND BECAUSE OF THAT MY PHONE IS WORKING PROPERLY HAD TO SWITCH PHONE PROVIDERS.

I am warning everyone..DO NOT,BUY A… I am warning everyone..DO NOT,BUY A PHONE FROM THE BLACKVIEW STORE..They,will take your money,and claim the phone is on the way..Its,been 4 weeks and I still haven't recieved my phone.. I keep getting run around when I try contacting them tru email..Do not waste your time with these store
