My phone broke due to a technical issue… My phone broke due to a technical issue I have tried for the past month to get customer support to help me but nothing. I waited much longer then expected for the delivery almost 4 months then ibe had the phone maybe a month if not two now my phone will not work at all

I keep getting run around when I try contacting them tru email..Do not waste your time with these store

I love the 9800 Pro I have a 9800 Pro. There's few stuff on the installation which I personally never seen in another phone, everything seems so well done and carefully planned. What mostly surprises me is that it is now almost 3 years old: I use them for work, usually they barely least 1-2 years, so this is a miracle. This is a real rugged phone to a very decent price. Only 2 downsides for me: the camera, but personally I don't require quality on pics for work. And two, and this is a little more important, the long usb-c plug. It's quite uncommon, it gave me very hard time when it comes to interface something i.e. external cams, I have to look for various adapter which usually cause other downsides. It wouldn't be bad if the official store could sell original adapters to help out for this limit. But overall, I love it. Best phone for work I ever had, for a very decent price. Can't say the same for the cheaper model, the 5000something, not enough performant.
