GBTing is great! Ting has been my only service provider since I first got a phone back in like 2015. They have amazing customer service, provide great value for your bill, and I love how many options they have for cellular plans! They have something for everyone, and they're always willing to work with you, no matter what your problem is. I cannot say enough nice things about Ting and their customer service employees.

GBI recently updated to the Flex plan on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I recently updated to a different phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and upgraded to the Flex Plan. Ting provided me extraordinary customer service and walked me through the process in converting from two phones with two lines to one phone with a new service plan. Ting is, without a doubt, one of the best mobile phone services while providing the best value in their phone plans.

GBCost-effective AND Premium Customer Service Combined Ting has been outstanding at helping us control our mobile costs with their pay-for-what-you-use plans. AND their customer service is tremendous...quick to answer the phone or get back to you. We've made multiple device switches and added children to account requiring some extra setup, and they are always awesome to work with.

GBAccount closed without any authorization Without any authorization, Ting mobile cancelled my account saying that I had closed my account. I have three lines and did not close this account. I did call to inquire about international usage and that was all. It is now 19:15 and I have to wait until their service dept. opens at 8 am ET. Very disappointing and frustrating.

GBThey send people on foot to your door… They send people on foot to your door that summarily IGNORE signage such as "NO TRESPASSING" (breaking the law) to hang their door hanger adverts on your door. I am always amazed that sales training folks feel this is a "smart approach" and that it will generate good feelings for their brand and somehow make the homeowners want to buy their Widgets/Products/Services. I'd say ... No. IRRITATING someone you'd like to convert is a bad foot to start out on.
