USTing is ok. We've used Ting for several years after ditching Sprint. The only thing Ting seems to do wrong consistently is SIM cards. I've ordered several SIMs for my phones when I've switched from Androids to Apples and back. Without fail, Ting always sends the wrong SIM and I have to contact customer service to send the right one. Other than that they really haven't been a pain to deal with. There are cheaper options out there and I will consider them if Ting's service decreases.

USExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. I’ve had ting for 5 years and I think I’ve only been down once and then recently we experienced connection problems but it was resolved that same morning I called. Amazing people and so nice to work with

CATime to look for a new provider. I’ve had Ting for several years. Their prices are some of the best and when you call support, you actually get someone without having to go through the 10 levels of voicemail hell. Bad side. Pretty much every time we go into Canada, service stops for voice and internet. Today, they managed to restore voice but internet still isn’t working. Their solution, buy a SIM card. In addition, if I’m not using WiFi at home, cell phone service is iffy. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

USHours wasted and still not fixed.. Hours wasted and still not fixed... Emails are not responded to, support specialists contradict each other, promotional credits aren't applied, and on and on. Some quotes from today: "I do apologize for the experience that you have bee get in previous interaction on Ting [sic]." "sorry for the misunderstanding that has been given to you by our previous agent" [does that mean they've been fired?] "I do understand but as of the moment we don't have available supervisor"
