Ting is great! Ting has been my only service provider since I first got a phone back in like 2015. They have amazing customer service, provide great value for your bill, and I love how many options they have for cellular plans! They have something for everyone, and they're always willing to work with you, no matter what your problem is. I cannot say enough nice things about Ting and their customer service employees.

Cost-effective AND Premium Customer Service Combined Ting has been outstanding at helping us control our mobile costs with their pay-for-what-you-use plans. AND their customer service is tremendous...quick to answer the phone or get back to you. We've made multiple device switches and added children to account requiring some extra setup, and they are always awesome to work with.

GREAT Company and GREAT customer service Ting has been amazing to deal with and be a customer of if I need assistance. We are diligent at our usage but Ting meets our needs with our 4 phones and our monthly is VERY reasonably priced. I love that Ting can save me money in these challenging times and would recommend them to everyone as long as T-Mobile/Sprint service is good in your area.

Ting as I knew it is gone Yeah, sadly I concur with other reviewers. We’ve been customers since 2013 or so. I tried to buy an iPhone from Ting yesterday and I won’t go into details but the order was cancelled and I wasn’t even notified. The agents are clearly outsourced and lacking in skills or access to be helpful. I wasted several hours. Will be looking for a new carrier.

They claim I used 12 GB of data in one… They claim I used 12 GB of data in one day, all in the background. I have my account set to suspend data after 5 GB. I do not believe that I actually did use all this data in one day, but even if somehow I did, it should have been cut off after 5 GB. When I complained to them, they simply told me that the feature to cut off data doesn't work (even though when I look at my account it still has that setting). Now they want me to pay $155 for one month of phone service. Update: Ting charged me $155 but I got my money back by doing a chargeback through my bank. Ting then shut my phone off. They offered me a $100 credit if I would reverse the chargeback, but I am not interested in a credit with Ting since I will never do business with them again.
