Ting is a fraudulent company Ting is a fraudulent company I try to pay my bill in wouldn’t go through so I told them to cancel my service here come September they took 106.73 out my account without my permission when I call them they told me they can’t refund me my money back so I have to call my bank to file fraud charges smh….

Ting is ok. We've used Ting for several years after ditching Sprint. The only thing Ting seems to do wrong consistently is SIM cards. I've ordered several SIMs for my phones when I've switched from Androids to Apples and back. Without fail, Ting always sends the wrong SIM and I have to contact customer service to send the right one. Other than that they really haven't been a pain to deal with. There are cheaper options out there and I will consider them if Ting's service decreases.

Ting is great! Ting has been my only service provider since I first got a phone back in like 2015. They have amazing customer service, provide great value for your bill, and I love how many options they have for cellular plans! They have something for everyone, and they're always willing to work with you, no matter what your problem is. I cannot say enough nice things about Ting and their customer service employees.

Ting sucks Two ting employees were in front of my house, I don’t know what they were doing. Their truck was blocking our driveway. Then they took off their rubber gloves and threw them in our yard. They are rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t get ting if you paid me a million dollars.

Ting as I knew it is gone Yeah, sadly I concur with other reviewers. We’ve been customers since 2013 or so. I tried to buy an iPhone from Ting yesterday and I won’t go into details but the order was cancelled and I wasn’t even notified. The agents are clearly outsourced and lacking in skills or access to be helpful. I wasted several hours. Will be looking for a new carrier.
