CATime to look for a new provider. I’ve had Ting for several years. Their prices are some of the best and when you call support, you actually get someone without having to go through the 10 levels of voicemail hell. Bad side. Pretty much every time we go into Canada, service stops for voice and internet. Today, they managed to restore voice but internet still isn’t working. Their solution, buy a SIM card. In addition, if I’m not using WiFi at home, cell phone service is iffy. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

GBI've used Ting Mobile for 7 years! I've used Ting Mobile for 7 years! I stay with Ting because of their fair pricing, great customer service, reliable coverage, and ability for me to control my usage to keep my cell phone costs low. I've also used their shop to find great deals on great phones that I know will be compatible with their network. I'm looking forward to another 7 years with Ting -- or more!

GBHours wasted and still not fixed.. Hours wasted and still not fixed... Emails are not responded to, support specialists contradict each other, promotional credits aren't applied, and on and on. Some quotes from today: "I do apologize for the experience that you have bee get in previous interaction on Ting [sic]." "sorry for the misunderstanding that has been given to you by our previous agent" [does that mean they've been fired?] "I do understand but as of the moment we don't have available supervisor"

GBThey claim I used 12 GB of data in one… They claim I used 12 GB of data in one day, all in the background. I have my account set to suspend data after 5 GB. I do not believe that I actually did use all this data in one day, but even if somehow I did, it should have been cut off after 5 GB. When I complained to them, they simply told me that the feature to cut off data doesn't work (even though when I look at my account it still has that setting). Now they want me to pay $155 for one month of phone service. Update: Ting charged me $155 but I got my money back by doing a chargeback through my bank. Ting then shut my phone off. They offered me a $100 credit if I would reverse the chargeback, but I am not interested in a credit with Ting since I will never do business with them again.

GBTing as I knew it is gone Yeah, sadly I concur with other reviewers. We’ve been customers since 2013 or so. I tried to buy an iPhone from Ting yesterday and I won’t go into details but the order was cancelled and I wasn’t even notified. The agents are clearly outsourced and lacking in skills or access to be helpful. I wasted several hours. Will be looking for a new carrier.
