I used FreeTaxUSA for the first time… I used FreeTaxUSA for the first time this year. When compared to its competitors, I found it very easy to navigate and very affordable. My tax return has been accepted and I hope the process remains as smooth as it has been. I definitely recommend it.

Worrying about security issues! I have no problems with FreeTaxUSA EXCEPT I can't find a way to talk to someone about a message I keep getting. "Already Signed In We noticed you were already logged in to this account elsewhere, so we safely signed you out. Please sign back in to your account now." I am not already logged in elsewhere!! Who else is logged into my account when I am logged in? I'm really concerned about security issues and can't find a way to talk to someone unless I pay for Pro Support. HELP!

Excellent serviceI had an excellent service today for… I had an excellent service today for both my federal and state taxes. I am elderly and they guided me in a very easy manner. When I failed to answer a question, they reminded me quickly. The website is very well structured. There are so many large companies that have terrible sites. This small outfit puts them to shame.

Not free They still charge you to file State Tax so it’s not free. Choose a new business name.

Only Federal is Free No where was it stated that at "free" tax USA you could only file federal for free and if you need to file your state you either have to pay them or choose a different service. Now that I've already filed my federal taxes with them I have to either file my taxes AGAIN with a different company OR pay them to allow me to file my state taxes through them. Predatory business practices. Should be illegal.
