Repeat customer, totally recommend. Just used FreeTaxUSA to file my individual fed & state income tax returns for the 7th year in a row. As always, very straight forward experience with no BS. Simple, fast-loading interface with succinct explanations for terminology and boxes that I need help understanding. They are good for both W-2 wages and/or business income. The state portion costs $14.99. Totally worth it. I've never tried the add-on pro services, although I can only imagine that it's good, if you need it.

Free Filing This is what it says on the IRS website. Somewhere there is a disconnect between FreeTaxUSA and the rest of the online world. FreeTaxUSA you might want to talk to your Marketing Department about this and either make the correct changes so tax payers aren't mislead, honor the deal they came to your website to redeem until they do so. I could see if only one person said they were told that it would be free, maybe it was a mistake but when multiple people are saying that it was supposed to be free and then you want to hold their tax forms hostage basically until they pay isn't a business practice I'd ever want consider. Its not right. worst software worst software. Worst customer support, they don't how to frame good succinct replies. Every year there is some or the other issues with software. It does not have required alerts and due to which I had to amend my returns once again. It is a good business for them as it keeps earning them filing fees. go to hell .. I don't care if you don't publish and I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

What a great online experience What a great online experience. Especially after leaving crappy Turbo Tax mad and frustrated. Those guys should take their cues from this company. It's simple, to the point and you can get through it quickly. Thanks again guys for making my tax filing free and easy.
