Continue to be billed after service… UPDATE: Still being billed. Reached out to their payment provider 2CheckOut and they said they cannot do anything about getting refunded unless Hostyd responds...So basically, there is nothing I can do about this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! **** Continue to be billed after service cancellation. I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold! Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag. When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.

So far, great! I have bought a reseller account and until now everything works excellent, the support, the prices, the response times to the requests, and fast migration ... overall very good hosting!
