GBNot great but not entierly their fault Ordered some bits and heard nothing for ages, but it was due to an I.T issue and a French channel tunnel strike causing a delay in communication and product delivery. Did refund postage because of this though so would be happy to give them another chance.

GBTook a chance, it paid off. This company had the Synology NAS that I wanted for £15 less than anyone else, but the reviews for them weren't all good, with some calling them a scam, etc. I took a chance on them anyway as it was a good saving. Ordered on a Sunday evening, delivery was free in 5-7 days. Money came out immediately and I heard nothing about it being despatched until the following Monday, which concerned me a little. But then it arrived early the next day. Don't know why it took a week to be despatched as they were showing in stock but very happy with the saving and would use again.

GBAbsolute Joke! Ordered a new motherboard on the 26th July. Contacted them via email on the 7th August as hadn't received item - NO RESPONSE. Contacted again on 9th August - NO RESPONSE. Just checked emails and an email from Worldpay refunding my money! Obviously held onto my money for 2 weeks with NO intention of supplying me with the item (WHICH IS IN STOCK!). If anyone wants my advice - STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

GBAVOID - Wrong Item Sent - still awaiting refund for postage, no communication We ordered a Liquid CPU Cooler, we asked for the 110 and we received the 100 (to give you an idea, I think these are about £20 cheaper). Nathan apologised and told me to send back and he would refund the postage. I did everything correctly (and they are VERY BAD with communication, emails or phone, rarely respond, I usually have to threaten then with Trading Standards for get any response from AQA Labs). Eventually got a refund after several emails, messages and the threat of TS - but no refund for the £11 return postage (why should I have to accept/pay for this when this is their error for sending/not having the wrong product?). Some story about the supplier not sending us the right product - but yet they couldn't just send me the correct one - seems a bit fishy to me. So basically - AVOID.

GBWould Recommend To All, Great Company I have been using AQA Labs for the past few months. I am very price driven so will always shop around for the best price. Sometimes this means I will use other companies. However, AQA Labs often comes up with the best prices and the quality of the website, its simplicity and easy use makes shopping very straight forward. Another bonus is that, even when opting for the free 5 day delivery, very often the goods arrive within a day or two anyway (How can you complain with free delivery?) Keep up the good work AQA Labs, I will be using you again in the near future.
