GBNO RESPONSE and NO ORDER RECEIVED... I have ordered parts on 05/09/15 and paid them on 07/09/15 and NOT received any orders yet, we have called them and got the voice mail and also email them every day and still waiting for a reply from them.

GBWrong item delivered I have a AMD A10-7850K APU instead of what I have ordered - a Synology Disk Station (DS115j) and apparently it is with the recipient of the AMD Tim Riddle.

GBVery Good Service and Delivery I had an initial problem. Tried to place an order but came out of it early my end before paying. Noticed the order still on my Account. Sent Email to AL. They replied very quickly and sorted out the order (deleting it) within minutes. I placed order again the following day and the product came within a couple of days of that. Came well packed and I am happy with the product. Recommended

GBA new company to me but one worth trying I was very wary as I'd never heard of them, and at the time of my order there were about 50% negative reviews, but all of the negatives seemed to end with refund or late shipment so I took the risk. I ordered myself a nice new SSD. I got a little worried as delivery was about a week longer than the stated estimate (3 - 5 working days), but to be fair I didn't pay for any first class courier so I expect that I could have had it quicker. I will definitely check their prices next time I'm looking.

GBWASTE OF MY LIFE Like many others I was attracted by the low prices and at the time when I checked on here the few reviews were good. Ordered on the 02/08/13 chased on 15/08 for an update to be told the the supplier had sent the wrong stock and delivery would be 20/08. Asked today (19/08) for confirmation only to receive a worldpay refund email. Now I see a long list of others with similar complaints. I am pleased I dusted of the credit card for this purchase as at least I knew I would always be able to get my money back. What a massive bunch of scammers
