GBNo Problems Mixed reviews about this company so I was a little hesitant. They had the mobile phone I wanted much cheaper than anywhere else so I took the risk. No problems at all and communication was prompt. Only complaint was they were a little slow to despatch taking almost one week (so 4 star instead of 5) but having quoted 5-7 days delivery by economy post it actually took 2 days. Will use again.

GBGreat prices and delivered in timescales provided Used trustpilot to see if I should use AQALabs as their price was £30 below everyone elses for a set of ram (£80 RRP they sell for £50!) and hadn't heard of them before either. Paid on the Monday night and order delivered by royal mail recorded delivery on the Thursday (2 - 4 day delivery time) - perfect. Customer service: Following up on an order is easy, tho it stated 'ready for dispatch' which was the final state, I emailed and received a very fast response from Nathan in their customer service team to confirm the item had been dispatched and give a tracking number.

GBVery Good Service and Delivery I had an initial problem. Tried to place an order but came out of it early my end before paying. Noticed the order still on my Account. Sent Email to AL. They replied very quickly and sorted out the order (deleting it) within minutes. I placed order again the following day and the product came within a couple of days of that. Came well packed and I am happy with the product. Recommended

GBCheapest prices, for a reason Aqa labs had the cheapest prices for my computer parts on the internet by far, and the 5.99 delivery covered all 3 items I wanted. It said 7 to 10 working days, which in my case meant 9 days to 2 weeks, as working days do not include weekdays. It actually arrived 3 weeks and 1 day later, with no response from their customer service, even after I told them it had finally arrived. The parts I ordered, a motherboard, CPU and graphics card, arrived in bubble wrap in a very thin parcelforce paper bag. The item boxes were badly damaged, particularly the CPU's box, probably due to the poor packaging it arrived in, but the actual parts themselves were undamaged. I also noticed that the receipt said "FREE Delivery", in capital letters, but cost 5.99. Unless you don't have a deadline and don't mind wrecked packaging, or are on a very tight budget, I would avoid.

GBWrong item delivered I have a AMD A10-7850K APU instead of what I have ordered - a Synology Disk Station (DS115j) and apparently it is with the recipient of the AMD Tim Riddle.
