GBAVOID - Wrong Item Sent - still awaiting refund for postage, no communication We ordered a Liquid CPU Cooler, we asked for the 110 and we received the 100 (to give you an idea, I think these are about £20 cheaper). Nathan apologised and told me to send back and he would refund the postage. I did everything correctly (and they are VERY BAD with communication, emails or phone, rarely respond, I usually have to threaten then with Trading Standards for get any response from AQA Labs). Eventually got a refund after several emails, messages and the threat of TS - but no refund for the £11 return postage (why should I have to accept/pay for this when this is their error for sending/not having the wrong product?). Some story about the supplier not sending us the right product - but yet they couldn't just send me the correct one - seems a bit fishy to me. So basically - AVOID.

GBIgnorant. Unreliable. Verging on criminal I ordered a motherboard and a SSD on 18/08/2015. after a week with no goods I phoned. They where waiting for stock of the mother board and said they would send the SSD immediately. This was honoured and I decided to wait another week for the motherboard. It did not show up so I phoned to cancel and get a refund. I was put on hold and cut off. Now I cannot contact them I have tried to phone 20 odd times and emailed many times too. They don't answer the phone and ignore my emails. No goods have arrived and no refund has been issued . It is now 26/09/15 and no sign of a resolution. I am going to have to take this to trading standards as it is not right to hold on to customers money. In my eyes it is stealing.....

GBNO RESPONSE and NO ORDER RECEIVED... I have ordered parts on 05/09/15 and paid them on 07/09/15 and NOT received any orders yet, we have called them and got the voice mail and also email them every day and still waiting for a reply from them.

GBWhat a Shower!! AQA Labs sat on my money for the full 28 days claiming to be 'Preparing my Order for Despatch' (AMD A10-7850K APU). They then sent me someone else's order for A Synology Disk Station (DS115j) - I have the other Customer's Dispatch Note (3247-1764). Where has my order gone!!!

GBWrong item delivered I have a AMD A10-7850K APU instead of what I have ordered - a Synology Disk Station (DS115j) and apparently it is with the recipient of the AMD Tim Riddle.
