Customer service is laughable My phone's service stopped working two weeks ago. I am unable to send or receive texts or calls. Since then, I have googled and tried every single solution I can think of to restart my phone's service, to no avail. I called RW customer service and they couldn't help me, so they said they'd open a ticket for me and have some higher tech help look at it. It's been a week and I have emailed and contacted RW on Facebook messenger. They replied a couple times and since then have ignored my messages. Awful service.

Data usage changed when bought by Dish I was a Republic customer for many years and when I noticed I was suddenly having to purchase additional data almost every month I learned it was bought by Dish. I surmised there must be a connection and decided to jump ship. I had a feeling my good deal was going to end as soon as my yearly contract was up anyway. On a positive note, the phone number transfer to a new carrier was quick and painless.

Very disappointed with the recent… Very disappointed with the recent changes. I used to recommend Republicans to friends. Now I'm looking for another provider. I can't even access my voice-mail and texts when out of data. I called in about the issues, and was told this is due to the new changes. I'm sad because I had a great 15 years with them.

Great coverage and great price! I had Verizon and wanted to switch because of the price I was paying. I live in a rural area and was very concerned about how my coverage would be because it’s not that great where I live. I took the chance and switched and figured I’d switch right back if it wasn’t a do-able signal. It turns out I get more bars and better data coverage than I did with Verizon. My bill is less than half what it was. I’m very happy. I’ve had them for about 3 months now.

Mint is better Was better service & pricing before dirty dish bought them out. Switched to Mint far better service and saving half my prior cost still with no contract!
