Bang on customer service I heard about Artichoke during a podcast I subscribe to. The current scheduling program I was using had a plethora of glitches and shaky customer service. So, I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. They have short, user friendly, videos for setup which are very helpful. Even though the videos are awesome, I needed help with a few things during set up and emailed support. They returned my email in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the program and how to use it well. All of this happened during the free trial period. How can you not love a company that is helpful when you haven’t even paid for their service yet? You need to switch from your current scheduler and GET ARTICHOKE now!

This is a much needed service for those … This is a much needed service for those of us who run solo businesses instead of large studios. There are still a few kinks being worked out, but there is service available when you need it. Thank you!
