GBBang on customer service I heard about Artichoke during a podcast I subscribe to. The current scheduling program I was using had a plethora of glitches and shaky customer service. So, I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. They have short, user friendly, videos for setup which are very helpful. Even though the videos are awesome, I needed help with a few things during set up and emailed support. They returned my email in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the program and how to use it well. All of this happened during the free trial period. How can you not love a company that is helpful when you haven’t even paid for their service yet? You need to switch from your current scheduler and GET ARTICHOKE now!

GBSimple to use- excellent support staff This program has been easy to set up, simple to use and the support staff has been absolutely wonderful about answering any and all questions that I have had.

GBLack of communication I have loved this system even with the few hiccups here and then that have been minor. However this last week all my notifications have been disabled and I've sent several emails, placed calls and left messages, posted on Twitter, and nobody, NOBODY has reached out to me to tell me what is going on or how long it will be down or how to fix it. I tried to manually fix the notifications and it won't allow me. This last week has really disappointed me because of the lack of communication period. If they would reach out and explain I would be forgiving but to ignore me is to disrespect me and for that reason I'm currently looking to cancel service with them.
