Sales and customer service very helpful. When first engaging in our search for a new scheduling system, we got the initial, "we are such and such and we can support all your scheduling needs" Upon reviewing their website i found it to be very user friendly and the sales support from Susan has been great, she in turn connected us to the tech support group, Dave Devany who was so supportive took our call and answered questions in detail at 8:00 pm at night EST.
