USLack of communication I have loved this system even with the few hiccups here and then that have been minor. However this last week all my notifications have been disabled and I've sent several emails, placed calls and left messages, posted on Twitter, and nobody, NOBODY has reached out to me to tell me what is going on or how long it will be down or how to fix it. I tried to manually fix the notifications and it won't allow me. This last week has really disappointed me because of the lack of communication period. If they would reach out and explain I would be forgiving but to ignore me is to disrespect me and for that reason I'm currently looking to cancel service with them.

USI'm disappointed that this platform… I'm disappointed that this platform hasn't gotten things together. I swear it is run by 1 person and why is there technical support number? I've only been able to submit requests/issues via e-mail. Anyways, about once per quarter, maybe more, the system goes down, without warning, and usually during my busiest times. I'm unable to log-in, cash out customers, check my schedule- nothing. It is beyond irritating. I should have switched after the first round of issues I had early on (regarding certain customers' sales tax not being sent to the processing company and me having to pay out of pocket) when I started my business but didn't want to look unprepared to my customers as a new business. I'm not sure I can take much more of this irritation.

USWorst experience ever Worst experience ever! I trusted intoxalock. They promised me that the installation would be set for the next day, I even had a confirmation text message. The next day the people tell me they can’t do it due to not receiving the shipment. Which was a lie because intoxalock confirmed they had received it that day at 10:00am and it was already 3:00pm. Turns out they just wanted to close early and were too lazy to get the job done. I then called intoxalock and received the worst customer service. The agent was raising his voice at me telling me that it wasn’t their fault. I strongly believe intoxalock should be a little more responsible with whom they work with and more ethical and have better customer service when answering the calls. It’s unfair for one to be paying for a service , if you were promised something they should keep their words

USShopping around I have been shopping around for a new system since the one I am currently using is getting too expensive to justify. I liked most of the features on Artichoke, but adding employees to the mix (+25 per employee or $199 for unlimited) would make it more expensive and less robust than the one I have now.

USClose...but didn’t work. You tried but uuggh. Just couldn’t connect all the crazy dots to get the intake form and soap notes to work. Went with Massagebook
