GBNot bad... The have a good start but still missing the basics. The calendar look is not ideal and you can't print any reports. I also never received my discount, even after double checking about and being told it would be rectified.

GBGreat product, awesome customer service I have used several different software for managing offices, but this is the first product that I selected and researched when I opened my own shop. I couldn't be happier! The system is simple to use, my clients have commented on how easy it is to schedule appointments and the customer service is great. They are quick to resolve issues (all of my issues have been related to user error) and super friendly! I highly recommend Artichoke for anyone with a business of one!

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever! I trusted intoxalock. They promised me that the installation would be set for the next day, I even had a confirmation text message. The next day the people tell me they can’t do it due to not receiving the shipment. Which was a lie because intoxalock confirmed they had received it that day at 10:00am and it was already 3:00pm. Turns out they just wanted to close early and were too lazy to get the job done. I then called intoxalock and received the worst customer service. The agent was raising his voice at me telling me that it wasn’t their fault. I strongly believe intoxalock should be a little more responsible with whom they work with and more ethical and have better customer service when answering the calls. It’s unfair for one to be paying for a service , if you were promised something they should keep their words

GBBang on customer service I heard about Artichoke during a podcast I subscribe to. The current scheduling program I was using had a plethora of glitches and shaky customer service. So, I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. They have short, user friendly, videos for setup which are very helpful. Even though the videos are awesome, I needed help with a few things during set up and emailed support. They returned my email in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the program and how to use it well. All of this happened during the free trial period. How can you not love a company that is helpful when you haven’t even paid for their service yet? You need to switch from your current scheduler and GET ARTICHOKE now!
