Been using my magnetic charging cable… Been using my magnetic charging cable for almost 5 months now and it works great , charging my Apple Watch and phone , want to buy another one 😀

No E-Mail response No products receive I bought a product on May 8, 2021 where I was charged the same day. I still have not received the product (28.05.2021) and no follow-up of delivery and no answers in spite of 2 E-Mail reminders. However on the website it is well indicated between 4-7 days for the international delivery. I have filed a complaint but unfortunately I think that it will be without follow-up. To be avoided!

Unprefessional company I placed an order for a Display Link adapter. Their website said it will reach me within 5 days in Germany. After 5 days, I emailed their customer support. Never got any reply. The next day, the order was cancelled without any explanation or reply and I got my refund. Meanwhile, I wasted 5 days then had to order again from Amazon. I think their customer support doesn't exist or they don't know how to handle customers in a professional way. A reply would be a "normal" response when your customer reach out to you about an order.

Not impressed So far, I have nothing good to say about this company. When I ordered, it said I would have it by Friday, it is now the following Tuesday and not even a peep from them. I was going to install the tracing app they use but that seems like there is a high likelihood of malware or getting my email sold. I have tried to contact them a couple of differnet ways, so let see what happens now.

There was a problem with the order There was a problem with the order, which was that the wrong item was sent. I emailed customer service on a Friday and didn't get a response by Monday. So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.
