So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.

Top, great looking product! It looks great, and even after hours of uploading through the adapter it didn't overheat at all. It's also got really useful slots on it such as Usb so i could upload all my images onto my laptop! Would recommend for sure as a top product.

Support is very slow Support is very slow. I sent an email inquiry and received reply only 4 days later informing me the item was out of stock. Then I requested refund. Again no reply for 5 days until I further followed up. Otherwise, the refund is smooth.

Slow shipment and no communication other than review. Hub appears good quality. Took much longer to receive than expected, about 12 days, no communication when it shipped as indicated on purchase confirmation and no response to my inquiries about shipment. Other than that it appears the hub is a quality device.

HDMI to mini Display Port stay away! Received my HDMI to mini Display Port adapter quickly from China. IT DOES NOT WORK. Despite being advertised as suitable for my exact type of display. No way of connecting my new computer to my new monitor. Very disappointed.
