CASupport is very slow Support is very slow. I sent an email inquiry and received reply only 4 days later informing me the item was out of stock. Then I requested refund. Again no reply for 5 days until I further followed up. Otherwise, the refund is smooth.

GBHDMI to mini Display Port stay away! Received my HDMI to mini Display Port adapter quickly from China. IT DOES NOT WORK. Despite being advertised as suitable for my exact type of display. No way of connecting my new computer to my new monitor. Very disappointed.

GBThere was a problem with the order There was a problem with the order, which was that the wrong item was sent. I emailed customer service on a Friday and didn't get a response by Monday. So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.
