GBGreat Hardware .. AWFUL customer support Great Hardware... Terrible customer support. I've used Chargeasap for 3+ years. Never had this much trouble before. Received a wrong type of cable on an order placed Nov. 30, 2023 and simply wanted to get the correct cable. Wrote the WRONGFULLY named "Customer Happiness Team" 7x and always receive an immediate an acknowledgment via email. Then in a few days, with absolutely no contact, receive a case closed email One time, I received a contact name and phone number .. When I dialed the number it was no longer in service. I own many of their products (chargers, cables and ends) and I have enjoyed their products.. BUT I will have to look for other options as their "Happiness Center" does NOT make me or anyone happy and it is definitely NOT worth the hassle. It's really sad, because 3 years ago they actually had a decent customer support.

GBDid not receive order Ordered a charger. I only received a cable. Mylene, a customer happiness representative, refuses to correct the problem and send me the €110 product that I ordered.

SEI backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C… I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C Charger, first it took ages to get and then the first time i used it when i was in a country with english contact i was happy to have it with me so i put it in and charged over night in the morning the contact was broken without anyone touch it so i could not use it on the vaccation. So when i came home i contacted support and they wanted me to send pictures of the broken one i did not have it left becuase it was completly useless. and i did not wanted a new charger i wanted the english contact just that and they could not even send that, when i backed them at kickstarter. Backer number#3832 So when the new model with 270 came i was nearly backing again but then why should i they could not even send me a english contact. So what should happen if the product is broken asweel and to see all reviews i did the right choice because they do not care about us after they got the money. All i wants is a english contact, then you have companys like Temu if anything is bad you get a refund and do not even have to send it back, talk about difference in customer service...

DEExcellent product! Excellent product, delivered on time and with everything as ordered. I am using the Zeus 270W charger daily as my main charger for my M1 Max MacBook Pro and iPhone XS, and am very pleased with the performance, the clear display, the multinational plugs supplied (as I will be travelling in the long-term) and pretty much everything about the experience. Would not hesitate to buy again from Chargeasap!

CAZeus 270W Charger an Inspired Product! Just received my Zeus 270W charger and it is truly inspired, even better than the already excellent Omega. Makes a lot of sense to have 3 USB C all with enough power to charge 3 laptops simultaneously while also having a lower wattage USB A port for legacy devices. I often work with two laptops side by side and either an iPad or iPhone which can all be charging simultaneously but using a single wall outlet. The OLED screen shows Amps, Volts, and Wattage flowing to each connected device which informs you about your device power needs. Truly inspired!
