DEProduct DOA, no replacement, bad support I ordered one of their Zeus chargers, but my unit arrived DOA. I contacted support, sent video-proof of the charger not turning on and was promised a replacement unit. Nothing ever happened after that. I contacted support multiple times always simply receiving virtually the same answer "... we'll send out a replacement unit soon". This has been on-going since June 2023. IEZeus usb charger for the win Got myself a Zeus USB charger through kickstarter. Bargain price for a 270W charger. I can now charge my laptop, phone, watches, powerbank and camera - all from 1 (!!) charger. That's amazing for any travel. I'm also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the announced delivery timeframe was accurate. It's quite a rare experience for a kickstarter project.

AURubbish products and terrible customer… Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.

CAUser and travel friendly made products Bought the Omega 100W and 200W previously and now the Zeus 270W from Chargeasap. Very happy with the well designed products and considerate details they put into these chargers. For example, wattage table and different wattage for each port printed on the units. The ease to change the plug to different countries. It's a great accessory to have for travelers, techies and/or people that just needed to charge everything at once.

GBGreat Hardware .. AWFUL customer support Great Hardware... Terrible customer support. I've used Chargeasap for 3+ years. Never had this much trouble before. Received a wrong type of cable on an order placed Nov. 30, 2023 and simply wanted to get the correct cable. Wrote the WRONGFULLY named "Customer Happiness Team" 7x and always receive an immediate an acknowledgment via email. Then in a few days, with absolutely no contact, receive a case closed email One time, I received a contact name and phone number .. When I dialed the number it was no longer in service. I own many of their products (chargers, cables and ends) and I have enjoyed their products.. BUT I will have to look for other options as their "Happiness Center" does NOT make me or anyone happy and it is definitely NOT worth the hassle. It's really sad, because 3 years ago they actually had a decent customer support.
