Rubbish products and terrible customer… Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.

Awful, awful support The product is janky. It gave me a 240volt electric shock. They shipped me a faulty (out-of-the-box) component and have prevaricated for months. They will not refund me nor send me a replacement part without payment. They claim that they offer a superior customer support experience then run you round in circles. Avoid these people. Avoid these products.

Zeuz not working, no reaction from Customer Care Massive delay in delivery, then when it finally arrived, it was not working, black display. Contacted Customer Care, had to send a Video showing it is not working. Since the video was sent, 3 weeks ago, no feedback, no solutions offered, nothing! Avoid this comapany!

Do not buy from Chargeasap! Ordered a spark power bank from Chargeasap on 11th Jan 2021 still not received, over a year later for £113 But have found an almost identical unit from a different company. (Looks identical too) selling for £84. So would recommend any body thinking of purchase for Chargeasap, just consider you will be spending more on an item that will probably not turn up for a year, so look on amazon that will cost less and you will obtain in a reasonable time. If you're thinking about ordering from Chargeasap, read this first! I almost never leave reviews, good, bad or indifferent, but in this case, I feel compelled to give the review I wish I had seen before ordering. I joined the kickstarter campaign more than two years ago. Long past any date at which I could dispute the charge or request a charge-back from my card issuer. Oh well. My loss. A recent communication from Chargeasap, confirming my lengthy wait, offers an alternative they will fulfill in May of 2023. Save you money. Go buy an Anker!
