I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C… I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C Charger, first it took ages to get and then the first time i used it when i was in a country with english contact i was happy to have it with me so i put it in and charged over night in the morning the contact was broken without anyone touch it so i could not use it on the vaccation. So when i came home i contacted support and they wanted me to send pictures of the broken one i did not have it left becuase it was completly useless. and i did not wanted a new charger i wanted the english contact just that and they could not even send that, when i backed them at kickstarter. Backer number#3832 So when the new model with 270 came i was nearly backing again but then why should i they could not even send me a english contact. So what should happen if the product is broken asweel and to see all reviews i did the right choice because they do not care about us after they got the money. All i wants is a english contact, then you have companys like Temu if anything is bad you get a refund and do not even have to send it back, talk about difference in customer service...

I received two Zeus USB C power… I received two Zeus USB C power supplies nine months ago. One of the units ran extremely hot and smelled like plastic burning. It ran for about 5 minutes and then died. I reached out to Chargeasap customer support and requested a replacement. They claimed all of the units were allocated to pledges and I would have to wait until the next batch of units started shipping to receive a replacement. So I checked back in a month and received the same message or that I would be getting one within a few weeks. This has continued now for over NINE months. I regularly receive sales emails from Chargeasap with a banner at the top of the email "Zeus 280 Now Shipping". Clearly I am being lied to. I left a poor review on their website but they did not post it, they only seem to post 4-5 star reviews left on their site. BUYER BEWARE If you receive a defective product, you have just thrown money in the trash because their customer service will never send a replacement or give you a refund. Request #44898

Product DOA, no replacement, bad support I ordered one of their Zeus chargers, but my unit arrived DOA. I contacted support, sent video-proof of the charger not turning on and was promised a replacement unit. Nothing ever happened after that. I contacted support multiple times always simply receiving virtually the same answer "... we'll send out a replacement unit soon". This has been on-going since June 2023. Great Hardware .. AWFUL customer support Great Hardware... Terrible customer support. I've used Chargeasap for 3+ years. Never had this much trouble before. Received a wrong type of cable on an order placed Nov. 30, 2023 and simply wanted to get the correct cable. Wrote the WRONGFULLY named "Customer Happiness Team" 7x and always receive an immediate an acknowledgment via email. Then in a few days, with absolutely no contact, receive a case closed email One time, I received a contact name and phone number .. When I dialed the number it was no longer in service. I own many of their products (chargers, cables and ends) and I have enjoyed their products.. BUT I will have to look for other options as their "Happiness Center" does NOT make me or anyone happy and it is definitely NOT worth the hassle. It's really sad, because 3 years ago they actually had a decent customer support.

First thing I pack when I travel This travel charger is the first thing I pack for every trip. Blistering fast charging for my MacBook Pro, two iPhones, Android fixes and drones. I only need one plug advert in the world thanks to the multiple plug attachments. The only improvements I could suggest would be adding an international plug socket to it so I could plug in other chargers, if that could be done without making it bigger. Or making all of the adapters rotating like the US one for awkward wall sockets.
