GBTook forever and a day to receive my… Took forever and a day to receive my used product - with no charge cable or house current adapter. The unit came in a small box that wasn't even large enough to hold the Chargeasap box, so the ends were pooched out. Opened the box to find a black mesh storage bag. Went to open the Flash box and see that the round stickers sealing the box had been cut, with smaller stickers laid over in a feeble attempt to "seal" the box. Opened that box to find a "User Manual", a small piece of paper folded over that has zero useful information on it, mostly specs, and another black mesh storage bag. That said, there really isn't much reason for a manual since this nothing more than a battery pack. It did, however, suggest using a 100w output charger to charge the unit which was at complete zero. Then it tells you to "use original or certified cables" that are not supplied. The only other item was a business type card with a code for 25% off on my next purchase (yeah, right), that itself had expired on 30 June 2021, nearly three years ago.

GBCustomer support is bad. Customer support is non existent. Supported them on indiegogo and my Omega200W was meant to come with travel adapters. They sent out an email that I can get charger sooner and pay extra $9 for shipping of adapters to come at later date. I opted for that and glad I did, as after multiple emails for the past 14 months still no sign of adapters. Edit: After writing this review I was finally sent the adapters. Make a conclusion yourself. Also those adapters are of not the same kind of white as the charger, more like antique white/yellowish.

GBGreat Hardware .. AWFUL customer support Great Hardware... Terrible customer support. I've used Chargeasap for 3+ years. Never had this much trouble before. Received a wrong type of cable on an order placed Nov. 30, 2023 and simply wanted to get the correct cable. Wrote the WRONGFULLY named "Customer Happiness Team" 7x and always receive an immediate an acknowledgment via email. Then in a few days, with absolutely no contact, receive a case closed email One time, I received a contact name and phone number .. When I dialed the number it was no longer in service. I own many of their products (chargers, cables and ends) and I have enjoyed their products.. BUT I will have to look for other options as their "Happiness Center" does NOT make me or anyone happy and it is definitely NOT worth the hassle. It's really sad, because 3 years ago they actually had a decent customer support.

GBI received two Zeus USB C power… I received two Zeus USB C power supplies nine months ago. One of the units ran extremely hot and smelled like plastic burning. It ran for about 5 minutes and then died. I reached out to Chargeasap customer support and requested a replacement. They claimed all of the units were allocated to pledges and I would have to wait until the next batch of units started shipping to receive a replacement. So I checked back in a month and received the same message or that I would be getting one within a few weeks. This has continued now for over NINE months. I regularly receive sales emails from Chargeasap with a banner at the top of the email "Zeus 280 Now Shipping". Clearly I am being lied to. I left a poor review on their website but they did not post it, they only seem to post 4-5 star reviews left on their site. BUYER BEWARE If you receive a defective product, you have just thrown money in the trash because their customer service will never send a replacement or give you a refund. Request #44898

IEZeus usb charger for the win Got myself a Zeus USB charger through kickstarter. Bargain price for a 270W charger. I can now charge my laptop, phone, watches, powerbank and camera - all from 1 (!!) charger. That's amazing for any travel. I'm also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the announced delivery timeframe was accurate. It's quite a rare experience for a kickstarter project.
