CHZeuz not working, no reaction from Customer Care Massive delay in delivery, then when it finally arrived, it was not working, black display. Contacted Customer Care, had to send a Video showing it is not working. Since the video was sent, 3 weeks ago, no feedback, no solutions offered, nothing! Avoid this comapany!

AURubbish products and terrible customer… Rubbish products and terrible customer service. They promise so much and when things go wrong you will be left without support. I had to wait for over year for replacement of a faulty part. I fitted it and month later the entire unit blew up. They aren't replacing it. Don't buy anything from these people unless you like terrible communication, inferior products and flushing good money down the drain.

SEI backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C… I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C Charger, first it took ages to get and then the first time i used it when i was in a country with english contact i was happy to have it with me so i put it in and charged over night in the morning the contact was broken without anyone touch it so i could not use it on the vaccation. So when i came home i contacted support and they wanted me to send pictures of the broken one i did not have it left becuase it was completly useless. and i did not wanted a new charger i wanted the english contact just that and they could not even send that, when i backed them at kickstarter. Backer number#3832 So when the new model with 270 came i was nearly backing again but then why should i they could not even send me a english contact. So what should happen if the product is broken asweel and to see all reviews i did the right choice because they do not care about us after they got the money. All i wants is a english contact, then you have companys like Temu if anything is bad you get a refund and do not even have to send it back, talk about difference in customer service...

CHPoor quality Ordered a Zeus charger. First delivery came with months of delay and did not work! Got a replacement again with months of delay and it’s again not working (the EU plug adaptor is not working where as the other do). Do they test items before sending them out? Wonder how such a company can survive. They don’t follow European laws as to money back guarantee. 8 months after placing the initial order, I have a not working unit and one where the adaptor is not working. Asked for a free replacement and some compensation for the catastrophic customer service! Don’t buy anything there!!!

GBI received two Zeus USB C power… I received two Zeus USB C power supplies nine months ago. One of the units ran extremely hot and smelled like plastic burning. It ran for about 5 minutes and then died. I reached out to Chargeasap customer support and requested a replacement. They claimed all of the units were allocated to pledges and I would have to wait until the next batch of units started shipping to receive a replacement. So I checked back in a month and received the same message or that I would be getting one within a few weeks. This has continued now for over NINE months. I regularly receive sales emails from Chargeasap with a banner at the top of the email "Zeus 280 Now Shipping". Clearly I am being lied to. I left a poor review on their website but they did not post it, they only seem to post 4-5 star reviews left on their site. BUYER BEWARE If you receive a defective product, you have just thrown money in the trash because their customer service will never send a replacement or give you a refund. Request #44898
