Took forever and a day to receive my… Took forever and a day to receive my used product - with no charge cable or house current adapter. The unit came in a small box that wasn't even large enough to hold the Chargeasap box, so the ends were pooched out. Opened the box to find a black mesh storage bag. Went to open the Flash box and see that the round stickers sealing the box had been cut, with smaller stickers laid over in a feeble attempt to "seal" the box. Opened that box to find a "User Manual", a small piece of paper folded over that has zero useful information on it, mostly specs, and another black mesh storage bag. That said, there really isn't much reason for a manual since this nothing more than a battery pack. It did, however, suggest using a 100w output charger to charge the unit which was at complete zero. Then it tells you to "use original or certified cables" that are not supplied. The only other item was a business type card with a code for 25% off on my next purchase (yeah, right), that itself had expired on 30 June 2021, nearly three years ago.

Zeuz not working, no reaction from Customer Care Massive delay in delivery, then when it finally arrived, it was not working, black display. Contacted Customer Care, had to send a Video showing it is not working. Since the video was sent, 3 weeks ago, no feedback, no solutions offered, nothing! Avoid this comapany!

I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C… I backed the Omega 200W GaN USB-C Charger, first it took ages to get and then the first time i used it when i was in a country with english contact i was happy to have it with me so i put it in and charged over night in the morning the contact was broken without anyone touch it so i could not use it on the vaccation. So when i came home i contacted support and they wanted me to send pictures of the broken one i did not have it left becuase it was completly useless. and i did not wanted a new charger i wanted the english contact just that and they could not even send that, when i backed them at kickstarter. Backer number#3832 So when the new model with 270 came i was nearly backing again but then why should i they could not even send me a english contact. So what should happen if the product is broken asweel and to see all reviews i did the right choice because they do not care about us after they got the money. All i wants is a english contact, then you have companys like Temu if anything is bad you get a refund and do not even have to send it back, talk about difference in customer service...

Customer support is bad. Customer support is non existent. Supported them on indiegogo and my Omega200W was meant to come with travel adapters. They sent out an email that I can get charger sooner and pay extra $9 for shipping of adapters to come at later date. I opted for that and glad I did, as after multiple emails for the past 14 months still no sign of adapters. Edit: After writing this review I was finally sent the adapters. Make a conclusion yourself. Also those adapters are of not the same kind of white as the charger, more like antique white/yellowish.

Awful, awful support The product is janky. It gave me a 240volt electric shock. They shipped me a faulty (out-of-the-box) component and have prevaricated for months. They will not refund me nor send me a replacement part without payment. They claim that they offer a superior customer support experience then run you round in circles. Avoid these people. Avoid these products.
