GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Returns are a hassle. No email support, only phone or website chat (which doesn't work). I was put on hold twice, second time my place in queue was increasing instead of decreasing. Ended up having to do it by text which is ridiculous. Just about gave up and filled a dispute with my CC company. Also, don't buy laptop batteries from here. They are junk, overheat and shut off, and they lie about having Samsung cells made in Korea - the battery had only made in China on the label.

GBOrdered a refurb Lenovo thinkcentre Ordered a refurb Lenovo thinkcentre. Within 10 mins got a email to proceed to the store. I selected curbside pickup, we waitied about an hour in our car. There was a line to limit people into the store in Queens, NY, considered to be the worst Covid outbreak worldwide. Employees were safe, and limiting people in the store. The curbside pickup delivery guy knew the order, got it quickly, and put the computer in the backseat of the car. I will be a long term customer to support local business. Stay safe.

Store supervisor told me buy use other cards first, then back return, recharge with store credit card get 5% discount. But when I did, Operations Manager Joseph Johnson said no, even said I wasted their time, let me shop at Amazon. Sales Manager Michael Sayegh behind me said: Don’t come back. I want their head Manager call. They not dare to give me.

GBGreat store in St. Louis I had an issue with a motherboard ram cpu bundle bought at the St Louis store. I spent hours trying get it stable. The store was fantastic providing a complete replacement of the problem components the same day that I reported the issue. The replacement build then booted up first time and is solid as a rock. Highly recommend for a great tech shopping trip and service that will exceed your expectations.

As a disabled Viet Nam VET, I have limited chances to shop, your store is far from me. Shame on you
