Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered Reserved a Smart TV online upon conversation with the Micro center customer rep over phone. He assured this is brand new TV and I can reserve it by paying the amount on the website. When I went to pickup the TV at their Paterson, NJ which almost about 45 mins drive, store manager says if I need the TV I will have to pay extra $800. He said website has incorrect data and is maintained by their Corporate office. He can do nothing about it. One piece of advice to the company. Be little professional and stick to your word. Never going to recommend them to any of my family & friends.

Don't bother if you don't live locally!!! This place is a joke if you don't live local. They only have 2 shippable CPUs under $400 and neither of them are compatible with any of their motherboards that can be shipped. Makes no sense that a limited amount of items are shippable when all the components are within your location. You are losing all of your non-local, potential business simply because you won't ship all of your compatible components.

The bad reviews are actually bad customers I have shopped at Micro Center for many years. Their return policy is incredibly generous; their in-house Inland products are generally a good value; and they can sell you a computer ("PowerSpec") brand that is worth the price of entry and, get this, actually serviceable by anyone with half a brain. Unfortunately most of the reviews here, lack said half a brain. People are human; stores aren't perfect. But if you want to pretend that one of the best-regarded computer stores in the US should be more like a 5-star restaurant, and bow down to your idiocy, then you are gonna be disappointed.

Great store in St. Louis I had an issue with a motherboard ram cpu bundle bought at the St Louis store. I spent hours trying get it stable. The store was fantastic providing a complete replacement of the problem components the same day that I reported the issue. The replacement build then booted up first time and is solid as a rock. Highly recommend for a great tech shopping trip and service that will exceed your expectations.

We went to the Denver store last week… We went to the Denver store last week to purchase a refurbished computer set up. When you walk in there are hoards of sales people, but they only want to help you for a big commission. When we mentioned the refurbished set up we saw online, the guy was rude and started pressuring to buy something g new. We almost walked out of there being pushed and manipulated into buying something 3 times more expensive than what we initially came for. The guy was totally unfriendly and condescending. I will NEVER go there for anything again!
