We went to the Denver store last week… We went to the Denver store last week to purchase a refurbished computer set up. When you walk in there are hoards of sales people, but they only want to help you for a big commission. When we mentioned the refurbished set up we saw online, the guy was rude and started pressuring to buy something g new. We almost walked out of there being pushed and manipulated into buying something 3 times more expensive than what we initially came for. The guy was totally unfriendly and condescending. I will NEVER go there for anything again!

I want to say they were very nice to me… I want to say they were very nice to me as an international buyer that travelled 1200 miles to get a GPU , however I could have felt some racism from the guys at the front when they made some excuse and told me only US citizen can buy from their store which made no sense at all . I wish they get themselves rectified in there . Cashier's were super awesome and they even helped me out when I had a cab waiting . True customer service!!

Don't bother if you don't live locally!!! This place is a joke if you don't live local. They only have 2 shippable CPUs under $400 and neither of them are compatible with any of their motherboards that can be shipped. Makes no sense that a limited amount of items are shippable when all the components are within your location. You are losing all of your non-local, potential business simply because you won't ship all of your compatible components.

Very bad service Very bad service: store credit card very slow credit available. Store supervisor told me buy use other cards first, then back return, recharge with store credit card get 5% discount. But when I did, Operations Manager Joseph Johnson said no, even said I wasted their time, let me shop at Amazon. Sales Manager Michael Sayegh behind me said: Don’t come back. I want their head Manager call. They not dare to give me.

Ordered a refurb Lenovo thinkcentre Ordered a refurb Lenovo thinkcentre. Within 10 mins got a email to proceed to the store. I selected curbside pickup, we waitied about an hour in our car. There was a line to limit people into the store in Queens, NY, considered to be the worst Covid outbreak worldwide. Employees were safe, and limiting people in the store. The curbside pickup delivery guy knew the order, got it quickly, and put the computer in the backseat of the car. I will be a long term customer to support local business. Stay safe.
